Our host Trudy was great! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and important for us, she was able to accommodate an unexpected need we had. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, with lots of places to walk and friendly neighbors. As one of the previous guests stated, the homemade granola was incredible! Would definitely stay there again.
The Garden room truly was the ideal image of a quaint, peaceful get-away. Trudy provided every amenity that a traveler could need and thensome. The furnishings were lovely, the bed cozy, and the coffee delightful. I could not have wished for more. Thank you, Trudy!
Our stay with with Trudy and Nick was very comfortable and straightforward. It was a great place to base ourselves while attending a nearby wedding. We were charmed by this area of "the Mainline."
This was a very nice place to spend a week in the area. The room was clean and quiet. Wifi worked well and a mini-fridge was available to keep some snacks in. Trudy brought some extra granola later in the week and was very welcoming.
Trudy and her husband were warm and welcoming. The room is exactly as advertised and was clean and comfortable. I liked that it was a quiet space surrounded by gorgeous lush gardens. I didn't get to spend much time at the property because it was a quick visit, but I will certainly stay there again the next time I'm in town.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming but also respected my privacy. I felt I could reach out to them at any time if I had any questions or concerns. I will choose to stay here in the future.
Trudy was very very welcoming and accommodating. She & her husband were flexible when it came to check in time, provided us with helpful directions for where we wanted to go, and even accommodated miscellaneous requests (like providing zip lock bags which we had forgotten for our bagged lunch).
The room was private & beautiful, & I would highly recommend anyone looking for an AirBnb in the area to stay here!
About the Host, Trudy
I was born and raised in the Netherlands. That is where I met my English husband and when we married I moved to England.
After 10 years and 3 boys we started a new adventure and moved to the US. The little boys have grown and have married themselves. On to the next adventure.....airbnb.
We are both realtors and airbnb fits in so well with our jobs. It's been a fun experience.
