The Artist's Apartment is located in the historic Heights District within walking distance of the Tulsa Arts District, BOK arena, the Cains Ballroom, Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie Centers, OneOK Stadium and many downtown businesses. The apartment has a complete kitchen, laundry, outdoor deck with scenic view of downtown, wood stove and features a mosaic bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The space
Spend the night in an eclectic and cozy second floor apartment above a working pottery (9am-6pm M-S) filled with artworks. It is above Liggett Pottery (a private pottery lesson for one or two is possible if scheduled in advance). I can show you how to make a basic form like a bowl or a platter and then give you time to make one yourself. Then, I'll ship it to you after it's fired if you'd like!

There is a private entrance to the Artist's Apartment above Liggett Pottery. However the Pottery downstairs is used during the daytime approximately 9:00am-6:00pm.

Other things to note
With the recent addition of the Gathering Place, Tulsa has many great attractions for visitors from outside Tulsa. There has also been a kind of "boom" in micro-breweries in Tulsa in the last few years. First Fridays are always a great adventure from around 6-9pm the first Friday of each month in the Tulsa Arts District and my own gallery, Liggett Studio, has openings on Second Fridays of each month except July and August.
