How could it be possible to have a luxury condo just steps away from all the amazing things Phoenix Downtown offers, yet it is quiet of city noise, safe, roomy, and lush with vegetation, ponds with fish, grass and winding paths for a long walk? You just found it!

The condo: 1,300 sq ft, with large bedrooms and open floor plan. The kitchen is highly upgraded, yet actually fun and easy to cook in, providing everything you need except the food! A full-size washer and dryer is in the condo, and every inch of this condo is clean, and functional. It is a QUIET top floor (2nd floor) end unit. It has 150+ HD TV channels, Smart TV for streaming, and stable high-speed internet and quality WIFI. The desk and chair are functional for either occasional use, or work-from-home professionals (top-quality desk chair rated for 10+ hours of continuous use). A 22" monitor, laser printer, scanner, wireless keyboard and mouse may be available upon request. The beds and bedding are all high quality, super comfortable!

The gated complex: it is located on the east side of downtown, only 1 block from Chase Field, and within blocks of hundreds of restaurants, venues, theaters, nightlife, outdoor ice skating rink in winter, and more. Most of the year, Downtown hosts festivals and events of all sorts, and the twice-a-week Farmer's Market is year-round. When the Diamondbacks play, you can hear the roar of the crowd after a great play if the windows are open, and you can watch the fireworks from the living room. The light rail goes by the complex, where you can hop on and go to Mill Avenue, the Art District, Roosevelt Row, or go on a cool light rail date that includes various stops starting with a glass of wine, then dinner and a show, and ending with a night cap.
