Great location
95% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Are you looking to get away? Relax in this newly built log cabin on over 3 private acres of land at an elevation of 4,300 ft. The 1350 square foot cabin has a large master loft with a large private bathroom and media area. The loft also has a balcony that gives you amazing views of the surrounding trees and is the perfect place to listen to birds and watch wildlife.
The cabin is ideal for a couple, small family, best friends, or an individual looking for a personal retreat in the forest.

The space
For entertainment, I have a TV (no cable)/DVD player with a selection of movies, board games, and reading material including a few books and magazines.
There is timber land at the back of the property with plenty of trails to walk or ride a mountain bike (if you bring one). Lassen National Park is a short drive away. Also nearby is lake McCumber.
I have a wood burning stove inside that you can use for a fire.
Absolutely NO FIRES outside. There is a fire ban in effect, thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Hi there! Thank you for your interest in being my guest! I love nature and traveling and this cabin is my peaceful retreat from it all. I'm so happy to share it with you! When I'm not on the road with my three rescue dogs, I spend my time volunteering at local animal shelters to help promote homeless pets so they can find their forever home. Are you looking for a forever dog? Let me know and I can help! It's wonderful that you are out exploring other areas! I hope you come and visit Lassen National Park! I think it's truly a hidden gem. You won't see the crowds like you do in other National Parks. Please feel free to contact me anytime with any questions you might have. I'm an open book and would be happy to tell you more about myself, or answer any questions you might have about the cabin. I want you to feel as comfortable in my home as you are in your own home. I hope to host you soon! Alison
