Our two bedroom, two bathroom condo is conveniently located with easy access to downtown via bus or LRT. Steps away from Chinook Mall, restaurants and cafes yet set on a quiet street near the beautiful Elbow River. Ensuite bathroom. Kitchen Use.
Architect owned - and so furniture is thoughtfully placed to maximise the space. We're told the colours and design of our home make it a very soothing space. Some have recommended we even do retreats!
We want our guests to feel at home and understand the value of being able to use a kitchen when you are away from home. We are happy for guests to use our kitchen if they leave it as they found it. We are happy to share our Kangen water with them, but ask that they don't use the machine without our oversight. We are happy for guests to join us in watching a movie at the end of the day and to make use of the patio and lounge area. We're also happy for them to work at the dining room table. The areas off limits are our desks and our bedroom.

We appreciate guests' efforts to keep our cleaning fee low. To aid us in this, things like using the squeegee in the shower and leaving the house as you find it help us to keep it this way!
Michelle and her husband were very accommodating. The room is nice and cozy and the location is great as well, within walking distance to Chinook centre.
Michelle made sure everything was perfect for us. The listing is clean and as what it was described.
The listing was perfect - and I had a great stay. Michelle was a great host - with lots of local helpful hints and advice.
A great location, close to a good mall and public transport.
A special shout out to the cat... and what a cool cat he is!
My dad and I stayed with Michelle and her husband Johnathan for a very comfortable and cozy 4 nights. The suite was in a great location and best of all the people were great! Michelle and Johnathan were really kind and helpful hosts and their cat was just as kind! I wasn't home much since I would work in the day so I didn't see them so often but it was a pleasure every time I did. I would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance and recommend anyone looking for a place to as well.
Michelle is a very kind host. She was very considerate. We had a warm welcome, she made sure we were happy with our room, and then she served us tea!
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The ensuite was nice to have. We checked in quite late and had to leave early, but Michelle was very accommodating and even left out breakfast for us.
Next time we go back, we will check availability with her first. We would recommend staying at her place to anyone.
The ensuite was great (clean, very nice bed, good shower and towels, breakfast included.. etc) but what was most important for me was that Michelle was a great host, and that she did everything to make my stay comfortable. I was not looking forward to my forced overnight in Calgary, but because of Michelle I actually had the time and space to make something nice out of it, so thanks a lot for that!
Location is good too, close to the subway, everything easy to reach.
Btw.. there is a lovely red cat included ;)
I really enjoyed my stay with Michelle. Her and her husband are kind and warming. My kids wished they could stay longer.

Perhaps the word that best describes my husband and myself is international. We've lived in four countries and visited twenty-four so far. Some of our favourite spots include the Amalfi Coast in Italy, Vals in Switzerland and the Pembrokeshire coastline in Wales. We love to travel and to get to know people. We both appreciate different perspectives from around the world. My degree is in International Relations and I put it to the test when marrying my husband a Brit! We are on our latest adventure here in Calgary, AB (after spending 13 years in the UK) and are thoroughly enjoying the sunshine and mountain air - as well as our home here. We specifically chose it for its easy access on public transportation and its peaceful setting on the cycle route. We are enthusiastic about the area and enjoy sharing our travel finds. We're also into healthy living and are happy for you to use our kitchen provided you leave it the way you found it and to use our Champion Juicer. We look forward to sharing our home with you.
