Beautiful cabin with amazing views of Santa Barbara and the islands.

The space
Stand alone type cabin. Panoramic views of mountains and islands. This cabin is a great place to disconnect from everything for a few days. Try star gazing at night from the deck.

This is for simple living. Try a new experience connecting to the beauty of Santa Barbara. People love this cabin because it’s like a camping experience in nature. Birds, butterflies 🦋 mountains and fresh clean air..

There is a pathway from the car to the Cabin where you will have to carry your luggage. The bathroom is attached to the cabin within a few steps from the front door.

Kitchen is a sink. Inside the cabin is a microwave, fridge, queen bed, tv, air con, electric fireplace, pots and pans with plates and utensils. Bbq grill available.

Santa Barbara is 10 minutes in a car. Trader Joe's is located on de la vina. It has great meal ideas. The harbor located at ‘harbor way’ it has great restaurants.

Other things to note
We have a wayfare electric fireplace in the cabin. So it's nice and cozy. Remote for the fireplace and air con are there in the cabin. Air con for the summers.
If the tv isn’t working try pushing the plugs into the tv sometimes they get loose.
We just replaced the mattress with a brand new firm mattress.
Inspiration point hiking trail is at the end of the road.

There are supplies enough for quick little morning breakfast like bacon and eggs with toast or fruit and oatmeal. We have a toaster oven, coffee maker, hot plate (located under the microwave in the cupboard) medium fridge with freezer, and microwave.
Kitchen outside has a sink and basin. Amazing outside patio to eat breakfast or lunch on.
Trader Joe's has some great meals that can be heated up in a microwave or put together simply. Using this type of kitchen setup I would recommend Trader Joe's shopping.
Walk up the road if you want to smoke.
I would bring a flashlight. It gets dark up here and difficult to see at night.we have some outdoor lights.

We live on the other end of the property and give you your space.
It's a family Neighbourhood so we try to be considerate of the neighborhood.
Also please walk up and down the path quietly.
There is a driveway with plants alongside and the neighbour doesn't like people walking up and down his driveway.
Don’t park right on the corner. The neighbor finds it difficult to turn into his driveway. Please park back away from the corner near the rock steps. He’s older and needs to turn easily into his driveway. It’s best if you try to park at least some of the car in the parking spot off the road.
420 friendly smoking is ok outside on the deck around the cabin or at the back balcony. Deck is all private with a fence around it. You may want to bring a house coat or dressing gown for walking around on the deck. The cabin is surrounded by a deck which can act as an extension on the room. Bathroom is a few steps outside cabin.

***Dog friendly as long as you pick up after your dog and keep them on a leash when walking around. Leave a tip for the cleaner if your dog is shedding.

Hi My name is Carla. I modeled in New York City as a young woman. Traveled around the world living in many exciting cities and great towns. Experienced different cultures. It was a great time. Then I went back to school to get a BA and a MBA. I worked as a marketing director for a Santa Barbara company for 7 years. Then I met my husband and we have a beautiful daughter. She's the best thing that ever happened to us. We have a beautiful home up in the mountains and we love renting it out. Enjoy :)
