I was two weeks at Michael's apartament and It was a so good experience. The place is an autentic museum.
Michael is a great, very friendly and funny host. He always has time to talk with You about some object that catches your atenttion.
In my stay I didn't use the kitchen but there were a lot of staff to use it.
Finally the location of the apartament It's great and it has a wonderful view toward Downtown it makes an excellent experience to be in vancouver.
The place was perfect for me. The bed is lovely, house was clean and Michael was super accommodating. All the antiques make for an intriguing and unique visit, and along with the gas fireplace, for a nice atmosphere.
I'll mention the kitchen is tight, as there are so many items in a small space, but I don't think many travellers will mind, as it is still functional, just don't expect to bake too many soufflés. It was no problem for me, and I used it numerous times. I just feel it is the sort of thing that should be mentioned.
Michael was a good host, he prepared clean towel for me, his place is full of antiques, very interesting. For my 4 nights, it's great place to stay!
Michael was a great host! We've received me very well, provided me fresh towels, fresh sheets, and even free food! The apartment's decor is very interesting, he did a good job collecting antiques!
I would recommend it to a friend!
Michael's house is a nice and cozy place to stay.clean , tidy, safe and with good transportation. but it is a little bit warm when i was there for two days.
Michael was very nice, welcoming and helpful!
The apartment is like it looks like on the pictures!
Michael was a great host. The apartment was very fun with an endless amount of things to look at and great conversation starters. I was able to meet with Michael only once in my two nights there as he works nights. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about Vancouver.
The room was perfect and just what I needed. It was hot however and that was out of his control as Vancouver was having an unseasonably warm summer. No buildings in Vancouver have AC it seemed so that made my stay during the night a little uncomfortable.
