April and Ken were awesome hosts! When we arrived, April was there to greet us and give us tips on places to eat, drink and do everything else! The accommodations were as pictured and very clean. There was a welcome letter and having things such as snacks, toiletries and WiFi available made it like home. Also, having hikes available for use was great since the location is close to Bourbon Street and other areas.
Wonderful guest house. Comfortable, clean and stocked with small incidentals for cooking and bathing. Took one of their loaner bikes out one day to explore the French quarter. April and Ken thought of everything to make this a lovely place to be.
This beautiful guest cottage was exactly as pictured. We had a great stay! It was ideally located (we walked to the French quarter) and very spacious. Parking was easy and it was great having a full size washer and dryer in the house. I met both Ken and April one afternoon in the courtyard and they were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything.
Our hosts made us feel welcome in every way! The location was terrific in terms of proximity to the French Quarter and we made use of the bicycles they offered. As hot as New Orleans was in August the apartment stayed entirely cool. We highly recommend this place and its hosts, Ken and April!
April and Ken were wonderful hosts they even left us a bottle of wine with a very well thought out welcome note with lots of useful information. The guest house was lovely and very well equipped. It was in a very nice area and you could walk to the French quarter in good time. I would thoroughly recommend this property. Also as the dryer was not working April was kind enough to use her dryer for our clothes which was much appreciated.
April & Ken's apartment was brilliant, really spacious and very clean and modern had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't get to meet April, but Ken is such a nice bloke, he was willing to spend time with us when we bumped into him to tell us places to go eat and drink. Location was good, short bus ride to bourbon and Frenchman. Would definitely stay again.
