I'm close to the J-Church (train), the 14, 28 and 49 Muni line (bus) and 6 blocks from 24th Street BART.

I'm a 55 year old gay single man, be mature and laid back we'll have no problem. I'm definitively not an ageist.
Our stay with Gregg was wonderful. We loved the neighborhood and the accommodations were very private and comfortable. The pictures do not do the place justice. Gregg's home is clean and beautifully decorated.
Not only is Gregg's home beautiful, but Gregg is a top-notch host. He offered us access to the kitchen, provided coffee and bagels for breakfast, and spent a great deal of time going over the best things to do in his city. He is a naturally warm and friendly person and he made us feel right at home. This was our first Airbnb stay and we were apprehensive about sharing space, but he made this the perfect first experience!
During our stay, we rented a car to see the sites outside of San Francisco, but this isn't necessary to access the city. Gregg ' s place is very convenient to public transportation and there are many great restaurants and cafes in walking distance.
Overall, we would recommend this property as an alternative to a traditional hotel and as a perfect cost saving option.
We had an awesome time at Gregg's place! He was so hospitable and welcoming, and gave us everything we needed. It was such a lovely house and neighbourhood and we loved the suggestions for places to eat from Gregg. Would definitely go back!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great. Gregg has done some great design and restoration work on his lovely home. He was super helpful and hospitable. We would certainly come back.
Gregg was extremely welcoming into his home for my brother and I for our 3 night stay with him. He was full of knowledge of the area and was very helpful in helping us find the best ways to get to where we wanted to go. His 2 cats Buddy and Jake were adorable and if you're lucky Buddy will come and say hello to you in your room.
Gregg is a great host. We felt right at home in his tastefully decorated pad. The place was spotless and Gregg's generosity was beyond exceptional. The garden was a great place to relax with a drink after visiting SF all day. Although we did not see much of Jake (the cat) Buddy (the other cat) took quite a liking to us as we did as well. Would definitely recommend Gregg's place to anyone visiting SF. Thanks Gregg
Gregg was a very welcoming host, helping us on finding nice offtrack neighborhoods and all. His own neighborhood (Bernal Heights) is a friendly and clean one, with a very charming little main street on cortland avenue with good coffee/lunch bars. Gregg's place is very well designed, with a calm and peaceful vibe to it. Great garden, two lovely cats and it's also close to public transport towards downtown (although in our opinion downtown isn't the best SF has to offer). Besides this, Gregg offered us breakfast each morning including bagels and coffee. Overall a great stay, we would highly recommend Gregg's home to future SF travellers.
We had the greatest stay at Gregg's place. He was amazingly welcoming and we were more than happy to have a chat with him around a glass of wine. The room was well decorated, nice and clean - just like the rest of the house. Public transportation is available at a 5-minute walk from the house and there are cute restaurants around for breakfast/lunch/dinner. We would highly recommend this place!
About the Host, Gregg
I'm a fun loving 55 year old gay man who has lived in San Francisco for over 30 years. I have lived in this house for over 20 years. I'm single and very laid back, nonjudgmental and pretty open minded to the views of others. I expect the same in return. I'm very friendly and will always be there to lend a helping hand. I'm been told I'm quite reliable. I love design of any kind, movies and books. I love to laugh too! I'm interested in meeting others from near and far. I love to trade stories and learn how other people live and what their cities are like. I want to hear your story.
