Want to stay a few nights in an architect's home? Stay in style and see what's on the boards too! Bernal Heights is a great place to stay while visiting SF. The guest room is on the main floor along with the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The guest bath is just behind the kitchen with access to the garden. The bathroom is not accessed directly to the guest bedroom. Although listed as a "private" bath, during business hours my staff may use this room. Added fire pit to garden!

I highly recommend Gregg's place. Close to restaurants/bars. Close to bus stop. Quiet neighborhood. He offered us anything at his place to use including food and drinks. Extremely clean. We slept like a rock in the bed. Gregg was very respectful of our privacy and fun to talk to when we saw him around. 10/10 would airbnb again

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Gregg’s place. As you would expect from an architect’s home, his place is very stylish yet completely functional. Other than a run-in with some mosquitoes which came in through the unscreened open window one night, the room was very comfortable. Gregg’s home is in a great location with easy access to public transportation, and Uber is easy and cheap to get all the way downtown. Ask Gregg for walking directions to the neighborhood “Main Street”. There you will find several bars, restaurants, shops and even a health food market. We had vegan tofu scramble two days in a row at the Moonlight Café – yummy! We only saw Gregg a couple of times (he’s a busy guy). He afforded us our privacy yet was very responsive in communications. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable! This is a warm secluded home close enough to the city where it is convenient but far enough to avoid some of the craziness of SF. A lovely place to stay if you want a little more privacy.

Gregg's place was fantastic. He was a great host. The location was amazing and convenient, and the check in, check out process was very easy. We would happily stay with Gregg again. His house was beautiful and comfortable and would definitely recommend staying with him to anyone.

Gregg User ProfileGregg is a superhost.

I'm a fun loving 56 year old gay man who has lived in San Francisco for over 32 years. I have lived in this house for over 22 years. I'm single and very laid back, nonjudgmental and pretty open minded to the views of others. I expect the same in return. I'm very friendly and will always be there to lend a helping hand. I'm been told I'm quite reliable. I love design of any kind, movies and books. I love to laugh too! I'm interested in meeting others from near and far. I love to trade stories and learn how other people live and what their cities are like. I want to hear your story.
