I live on the premises and operate a small architectural firm out of my lower level space. I love to meet new people and love to share my knowledge of 30 years living in San Francisco.
Bernal Heights is a really a small town smack dab in the middle of a big city. We're located within a block of three major transit lines and just steps from shops and restaurants on Mission's "La Lingua" district
I'm close to the J-Church (train), the 14, 28 and 49 Muni line (bus) and 6 blocks from 24th Street BART.
No smoking inside dwelling, but smoking is allowed out in the garden, no more than two occupancy. No Pets, there are two cats here already :)
I'm a 53 year old gay single man, be mature and laid back we'll have no problem. I'm definitively not an ageist.
Excellent! Beautiful house & garden with an amazing view! Gregg is a very welcoming host. He gave us great tips on what to do during our stay. Thank you! The neighbourhood is really nice. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. It only takes a short walk to go to the Mission district where you'll find amazing Mexican food and fun bars.
Gregg's place was absolutely delightful! I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful, easy, warm and friendly stay. A great human and a great host :)
It was our first airbnb experience, and Gregg made us feel very welcome. He is an amazing host with a very relaxed attitude, he made us feel like we were truly at home. I can't recommend staying with Gregg enough.
Gregg was an amazing host. He was very flexible with the arrival time (we arrived earlier than expected) and very welcoming. Gregg gave us a tour of the house and told us the history behind it. The room was cozy and clean. The room also had a wonderful view of the city! Great sunlight in the morning also. Gregg gave excellent recommendations on things to do around the city & places to eat. Gregg's two cats, Buddy and Jake, were very friendly and fun to hangout with! Thanks for letting us have the full SF experience Gregg!
Gregg is one of those incredible hosts every guest should have the chance to stay with. Thank you for making Francisco's trip incredible, and looking forward to working with you again soon!
Gregg is a wonderful host! It was great working with him on this special project for Airbnb - he truly goes above and beyond!
Gregg and his cats were wonderful and friendly hosts. Really made me feel at home. Great taste in interior design and books. It was the perfect place to spend my last two nights in the City, to feel like a local rather than a tourist was priceless. Try the grilled ham and cheese toast at St Jorge...simply divine.
I'm a 53 year old gay man whose lived in San Francisco for almost 30 years. I have lived in this house for almost 20 years. I'm single and very laid back, nonjudgmental and pretty open minded to others views. I'm very friendly and will always be there to lend a helping hand. Very stable and reliable. I love design of any kind, movies and books. I love to laugh too!
