I live on the premises and operate a small architectural firm out of my lower level space. I love to meet new people and love to share my knowledge of 30 years living in San Francisco.
Bernal Heights is a really a small town smack dab in the middle of a big city. We're located within a block of three major transit lines and just steps from shops and restaurants on Mission's "La Lingua" district
I'm close to the J-Church (train), the 14, 28 and 49 Muni line (bus) and 6 blocks from 24th Street BART.
No smoking inside dwelling, but smoking is allowed out in the garden, no more than two occupancy. No Pets, there are two cats here already :)
I'm a 53 year old gay single man, be mature and laid back we'll have no problem. I'm definitively not an ageist.
Gregg was a great host, but Buddy was the best. Great speaker and terrific company. Great location with beautiful decorations. Would definitely visit again.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à San Francisco grâce à l'hospitalité de Gregg. Le logement est tout confort! Ses chats sont adorables. Thanks for all, Kenza & Didier
Gregg's 'super host' status is well deserved- he really makes you feel like a guest in his home, is a very generous and relaxed host. When we turned up he was throwing a party, complete with delicious grilled meats and cocktails for a friend, and not just invited us to join but made us feel very welcome. Best Airbnb arrival ever!
Bernal heights is really cute too, if you are an early riser, go and grab a coffee and pastry from Sandbox Bakery on Cortland Ave and watch the sunrise from the top of BH!
We really enjoyed staying at Greggs. We felt welcome and at home and he was very helpful with advice on places to go and see in and around San Francisco. The place was lovely and we enjoyed chatting with the cats and Gregg. Thank you!
We had a great time staying in greggs home. He was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We walked in with no worries and everything in the home was completely taken care of. Gregg was incredibly warm and friendly. The house itself was a quick walk away from coffee shops and the muni bus making it an easily accessible location. The room was quiet, beautiful and met or needs. We loved our time in San Francisco.
This was our first Airbnb experience and thanks to Greggs warm welcome and the nice accomodation it won't be our last :)
For sure Gregg is a great host! We stayed at his place for two weeks, bit of a long stretch. But our time at his place was so comforting. His place is pretty much bang in the middle between Mission and Bernal height area, very interesting areas to explore in SFO. We went to few of the food joints he recommended, I will say it loud "Trust this guy". It was a great holiday for us, Its definitely worth it.
I'm a fun loving 53 year old gay man who has lived in San Francisco for over 30 years. I have lived in this house for over 20 years. I'm single and very laid back, nonjudgmental and pretty open minded to others views. I'm very friendly and will always be there to lend a helping hand. I'm been told I'm quite reliable. I love design of any kind, movies and books. I love to laugh too! I'm interested ion meeting form near and far. I love to trade stories and learn how other people live and what their cities are like. I want to hear your story.
