The house is set in a tiny hamlet perched in the heart of the Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc, away from everything noisy and unpleasant, but at the same time with modern conveniences The neighborhood consists of four small hamlets perched on a mountain -each with fewer that 10 houses- that constitute the neighborhood. There are locals and "imports" from elsewhere in France and Northern Europe who moved into the area a number of years ago. People enjoy getting together for "apéritifs". Generally an extremely quiet and peaceful place.
