The host is very friendly and nice. He gave me a lot of helpful suggestions about how to explore the city. :) The place is nice and clean. Location is very convenient for travelers. I like it!
I enjoyed my stay here very much. The apartment was the perfect size for one person, and was clean and tidy. The wifi seemed to work pretty well, and a USB cell phone charger was also provided. The location was excellent. Coming from Haneda the bus drops you off at the station on the westside of Shinjuku which is the same side as the apartment. It's literally a 5-10 minute walk, which is great when you have suitcases because it means you don't have to mess around with them on the train or carry them up/down stairs. The small street that the apartment is on also has some quite nice places to eat, and a convenience store which is open 24 hours. It's also just far enough out of the main tourist area to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient.
The location I would say is the best thing about this apartment.
It is in the quiet side of shinjuku, but only 5-10 min walking distance away from the exciting hustle and bustle area.
Host was very helpful and accommodating,
Room was small but homey but more importantly clean.
The free portable wifi is also a plus!
This is a great little flat in a trendy area of Tokyo - Shinjuku. The location is perfect for exploring the city, although the flat is a little difficult to find at first. The views are fabulous, and there are plenty of nice cafes and bars on the same street.
The apartment was very neat and clean and in a great location. Keisuke provided clear maps and directions and provided a response very quickly. He also provided some extra information about the area which was really useful - and the pocket wifi was a great added bonus.
Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Keisuke's place was as advertised. Small, but great location. My only complaint is that the wifi was prohibitively slow during my stay. Otherwise a great stay.
