About This Listing
New stone house built in an olive tree field, furnished to high standards, located in the heart of the characteristic village of Alacati (5 minutes walk from main square, shops, restaurants, bars), very close to beautiful beaches/surf schools
It was our second time, and was great again. We feel like home, i highly recommend this place for your Alaçatı holiday.
The house is in a great location near the center of Alacati. It is set among an old Olive orchard with many trees remaining. However, the house was in disrepair and unfinished construction. Shelves had pulled off the wall and were lying on the floor, doors would not close, shades pulled out of the wall hitting our guests, showers didn't work. There was no dining room table inside or stools at the counter. In addition, there were no supplies. No toilet paper, paper towels or basics necessities such as salt, sugar etc. Worse of all was after contacting Leonardo a couple of times, he did not reply or apologize.
Location was perfect for us. In walking distance to Hacimemiş where main restaurants and stylish cafes are, but also private enough to feel away from the crowd. Also, near to supermarkets.
The house was clean, well decorated, and reflecting Alaçatı spirit.
Leonardo and his wife Ebru were friendly and responsed all questions quickly.
We recommend this place and would love to rent this beautiful modern stone house again.
Leonardo's house is amazing. It can easily host 7 people. Beds, furnitures, towels and everything else are brand new. It is only 2 minute walking away from Alacati center and very close to the beach clubs in Cesme.
Leonardo is an amazing host as well. He was very helpful throughout the process.
Beautiful house, excellent location! My friends and I had a great time, and booking/check out was very smooth. Leonardo was very realiable and answered quickly so we could communicate with him easily.
