  • This Eagle Creek condo was a great choice for us. Easy interstate access allowed us to go quickly downtown but also to Carmel and Noblesville where we had activities for our son's wedding. We also took advantage of the Eagle Creek park. Joni was a great host. She answered my inquiries promptly and provided some special extras like raspberries, milk and trail mix.

  • Joni's house is a real gem! It is as beautiful as the pictures show and absolutely spotless and Joni provides far more than any other B&B host. The kitchen (with washer and dryer) is well equipped and the pantry has all of the basics such as spices, oils, vinegars, preserves, flour, sugar, etc. You will also have more than what you need in the bathroom (plush towels, razors, toothpaste, dental floss, high quality soaps and shampoos, bubble bath, etc.) The house is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood where you can take walks, and it is close to a beautiful park and beach. It has a one-car garage with additional outside parking and it is very easy to get to (it is right off of 465). A Marsh and Target are a 5 minute drive away. Joni is a true professional and the nicest person you will ever meet. She really wants you to feel like you are staying in the closest thing to your own home and that is exactly how I felt.

  • Fantastic.

One word to describe the stay myself and a colleague had at Joni's place...everything was in it's place..the location is great (quiet - friendly neighbours) and the house a sanctuary to return to after a busy day's work (I'm a freelance photographer who was in Indianapolis to cover the races at the IMS).

If you're looking for somewhere safe, quiet and very very comfortable to stay I can heartily recommend staying here. We'll be back!

  • I cannot express enough how great of an experience this was. Joni was an amazing host and her attention to detail from décor to amenities—superb! Everything you see in the photographs is true to the experience.

The area, quaint and quiet and location perfect for nature lovers as well as those with an affinity for a bit of the cosmopolitan. As one that loves to travel and is always seeking out the best experience possible, hands down this rates a 10 out of 10 for me.

    Thanks again Joni!

  • This was my 1st experience with Air BnB, and it exceeded my expectations because of our host Joni. She was very quick to respond to my initial inquiries and was a pleasure to work with. The condo is exactly as advertised,...well organized, clean, and extremely comfortable for Super Bowl weekend. It was an easy drive from the condo to the Super Bowl Village, NFL Experience, and Lucas Oil Field. Joni gave me some great tips for our visit and they all paid off (parking at the zoo for the big game saved me lots of money). Did I mention the amazing welcome basket from Joni that we enjoyed all weekend? The condo and the service that Joni provided was a 10 out of 10! We will be sure to stay here again when we are back in Indy. Thank you Joni for your hospitality!

  • We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would recommend it to anyone. Joni's condo was clean, spacious and charmingly decorated. There were many thoughtful touches that really made the stay at this condo stand out from the rest. The condo is located in a very desirable part of Indianapolis, accessible to I-465 for getting around, Eagle Creek for natural beauty, grocery, restaurants, and more. The condo's location is a attractive, quiet residential area. Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to stay there when we are next in Indianapolis.

  • An absolute Midwest gem! This sweet little nest is very conveniently located. It's just a few minutes drive from the airport, across a road and around a couple corners from grocery, department stores, restaurants, and the best little organic coffee roaster shop (Bjava) you'll find.
The decor makes you feel like a world traveler and everything is cozy and comfortable. The Wifi keeps you connected and the little patio overlooking the pond out back will keep you grounded and calm as you watch nature be nature all around you.
Eagle Creek Park is a lovely walk away and a MUST while you're there.
Joni pays attention to every little detail to welcome you here from the basket of treats & coffee in the kitchen to the wrinkle releaser and lotions you'll find in another basket of goodies in the bathroom.
Book now & enjoy your stay! I know my husband and I will return again for sure!

  • Joni's condo is exquisitely decorated clearly by someone with great taste and an artistic eye. Interesting and eclectic. The location suited us perfectly, quiet and smart with friendly neighbours. We quickly felt at home and were sad to leave, I wished I had booked for longer than 4 nights. We were made to feel most welcome by the goodies that Joni left for us. I could not recommend Joni and this condo higher.

I am an outgoing, friendly, adventuresome woman who has taken time off to travel the world. Full of stories and adventures, I love life and love to hear the stories of others. In 1995, my boyfriend, a pilot, was killed in a tragic airplane crash so I left the law firm in which I was working to travel the world for eight months starting in January, 1996. From diving off a yacht in Aruba and landing on an Octopus, sleeping alone on the Serengeti plains and being visited by a male lion at 4:00 a.m., being pushed off a boat, alone, in the Indian Ocean treading water as the boat motored out of sight, to having a near death experience with malaria in Zanzibar! It has been a wonderful life! Someday, I'll write a book! Live your dreams and enjoy the adventure called life! And don't forget to love one another.
