Interaction with Guests
I leave the keys to the home at the front door for guest(s)' convenience so they may arrive at their leisure so often times I do not get to meet guests.
Imagine nature at your door step but actually having a city address. It's the best of both worlds here at Cobblestone! Sip a glass of wine and walk to Hobie Beach. Go to the park and rent a kayak, sailboat or pontoon. Go hiking or biking or birding. Dine or hang out at Rick's Cafe while enjoying the views. You might just spot an eagle or two!
Quiet time 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No need for towels, sheets, etc. Everything you need should be here -- except a car. Two bicycles are conveniently located in the one-car garage. Trash day is Tuesday. Pool is open and key is next to front door. This is a no toxin, smoke-free zone! Please leave keys & garage door opener inside the home upon departure!
Lovely, extremely comfortable home with an exceedingly gracious and thoughtful host. Joni's condo is complete with absolutely everything you will ever need to enjoy your Indy stay. The basket of goodies awaiting on the kitchen table was such a treat! The kitchen is equipped with every item you could need whether preparing haute cuisine or a simple sandwich!! Excellent location with close proximity to freeway. Situated in a very quiet, safe and beautifully maintained neighborhood. Walking distance to the outstanding Eagle Creek Park and Joni even provides a park pass...very thoughtful. Sitting on the patio outside the master bedroom was so serene and the birds, ducks and geese visiting daily was a lot of fun. Joni even provides their food as well as hummingbird food already prepared in the refrigerator.
This was my first experience with Airbnb and, clearly, Joni and her condo have set a precedent that will be very hard to match. You will be so pleased with your choice to stay with Joni in her beautiful home!
Joni always makes me feel welcome, and this year even more special as we finally got to say hello to each other! The house is as always comfortable, I always sleep well and it's location is perfect for access to the IMS and to the airport.
I always look forward to staying with Joni.
Can't say enough about Joni and her wonderful space. My wife and I used the space before leaving for our honeymoon. The condo is so comfortable and welcoming. The location is very convenient to 465 but quiet and secluded from the busyness. Joni is a very generous host and really made us feel pampered in our two day stay. Great perks around the complex and the lake is just a couple minute walk from the condo. Can't recommend this space highly enough.
This vacation was the best I've had in years and for my mother-in-law (MIL), the best EVER! My MIL and I were made welcome and cared for by Ms. Joni in so many ways. This condo is an interior designer's dream!! My MIL said it was like living in a magazine where instead of being afraid to sit on the furniture because it was so beautiful you just wanted to embrace it all!! She walked in, mouth dropped, sat in the chair and spent 10 minutes just looking around the room. She absolutely loved the place. The welcome baskets of treats and snacks in the kitchen; bowl of towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. A hotel COULD NOT have treated us better.
The area was beautiful, quiet and the neighbors were so friendly and welcoming! There was so much to do and see at Eagle Creek. We're already planning next year's trip and this is where we want to be.
It was perfect. It started with the sweet welcome basket that was waiting for us. The condo was beautiful. The daily visits from the ducks was great. I enjoyed watching the birds that came around. The pool was close by. I felt completely at home and definitely would stay again the next time I'm in Indianapolis. Communication with Joni before and during my visit was excellent as well.
We had a great stay! The condo was really comfortable and well kept. Joni left a nice gift basket and was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

About the Host, Joni
I am an outgoing, friendly, adventuresome woman who has taken time off to travel the world. Full of stories and adventures, I love life and love to hear the stories of others. In 1995, my boyfriend, a pilot, was killed in a tragic airplane crash so I left the law firm in which I was working to travel the world for eight months starting in January, 1996. From diving off a yacht in Aruba and landing on an Octopus, sleeping alone on the Serengeti plains and being visited by a male lion at 4:00 a.m., being pushed off a boat, alone, in the Indian Ocean treading water as the boat motored out of sight, to having a near death experience with malaria in Zanzibar! It has been a wonderful life! Someday, I'll write a book! Live your dreams and enjoy the adventure called life! And don't forget to love one another.
