Interaction with Guests
I leave the keys to the home at the front door for guest(s)' convenience so they may arrive at their leisure so often times I do not get to meet guests.
Imagine nature at your door step but actually having a city address. It's the best of both worlds here at Cobblestone! Sip a glass of wine and walk to Hobie Beach. Go to the park and rent a kayak, sailboat or pontoon. Go hiking or biking or birding. Dine or hang out at Rick's Cafe while enjoying the views. You might just spot an eagle or two!
Quiet time 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No need for towels, sheets, etc. Everything you need should be here -- except a car. Two bicycles are conveniently located in the one-car garage. Trash day is Tuesday. Pool is open and key is next to front door. This is a no toxin, smoke-free zone! Please leave keys & garage door opener inside the home upon departure!
Joni was an excellent hostess. The condo was wonderful and very centrally located.
The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished. Joni left a beautiful gift basket for us with a welcoming note.
Joni's home is in a great location and convenient to many of Indy's activities (loved being so close to Eagle Creek park). A beautifully decorated interior made this a very comfortable place and I thoroughly enjoyed my 30 day stay. This was my first Airbnb rental and I'm glad I chose this unit to start my trip. Definitely set the bar high for future rentals:)
Joni is a true professional, and her property is a great value, in a good location, easy off/on to the main highway. I consider it my home away from home if I have to travel to Indy!
Joni is a great host. The condo exceeded our expectations and was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!
Joni is a true professional, she made all of my concerns about using this service (first timer) vanish. She is a strong communicator, was very concise with directions and made the whole process simple.
Her condo is extremely comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood is very nice and seems very safe. Joni added the extras that really made us feel at home. Would stay again, and want to thanks again, for taking such good care of us.
Joni was a great host and her place was just lovely! A large basket of fresh baked goods and delicious snacks was left on the kitchen table for us when we arrvied. We loved her safari decor and wildlife pictures. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The condo was a close drive to the track. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the evening which was very peaceful and relaxing with a nice view of the pond, pool, and neighborhood. We loved eating at the nearby Rick's cafe on the water. The restaurant had excellent food (especially the mahi mahi) and service. Upon check-out we accidentally left an item in the condo after locking up and Joni quickly assisted. She was very friendly and helpful which was very much appreciated. We highly recommend this place for anyone who likes to combine the excitement of Indy along with the peacefulness of a beautiful neighborhood, nearby park, and reservoir.

I am an outgoing, friendly, adventuresome woman who has taken time off to travel the world. Full of stories and adventures, I love life and love to hear the stories of others. In 1995, my boyfriend, a pilot, was killed in a tragic airplane crash so I left the law firm in which I was working to travel the world for eight months starting in January, 1996. From diving off a yacht in Aruba and landing on an Octopus, sleeping alone on the Serengeti plains and being visited by a male lion at 4:00 a.m., being pushed off a boat, alone, in the Indian Ocean treading water as the boat motored out of sight, to having a near death experience with malaria in Zanzibar! It has been a wonderful life! Someday, I'll write a book! Live your dreams and enjoy the adventure called life! And don't forget to love one another.
