Perfect location in a beautifully restored historic Townhouse on a quiet cobbled street in the centre of the medieval town . The enchanting Tosca stone House has 4 apartments, designed to give the guests a sense of history and comfort.
This Studio has A/C for winter or summer comfort . Due to the unique design of the medieval houses the thick Tosca stones and natural ventilation systems maintain a very comfortable temperature for most of the year. With Fiber Optic Internet.

The space
This apartment is tastefully renovated, furnished with attention to quality whilst keeping the ambience of staying in the medieval village. There is a Queen bed, washing machine, stove top, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The apartment is approx. 40sq meters.
Javea’s historic quarter is charming with its quiet narrow streets , wrought iron balconies , large wooden front doors and stone porticoes.

Guest access
The Main House door has a combination lock; the code is sent to you a few days before arrival. Once inside the house, each apartment has its own set of keys. There is a rooftop terrace but since Covid it has been made private to our top apartment.

Other things to note
There are very good restaurants just minutes away and the shops , banks supermarkets are also 5 minutes away by foot. Everything you might want can be bought in the village.
The rich cultural heritage , the celebrations and fiestas, the market and the town square add to the sense of romance , fun and enjoyment.

Unique Village. The true charm of Javea is that the local residents live and work in the Old Town keeping the colourful Spanish character, culture and traditions alive. There are many traditional events where the residents dress in the traditional costumes and parade in the streets, under our balcony.

I was a lawyer for many years in Canada until I moved to Ibiza where I lived, travelling around for 10 years. I am now settled in Javea, which I love and still go to Kenya where I manufacture leather beaded goods. My shop is across the street from Casa Tosca and is open in the summer. I like houses that have a soul, a nice place to relax where the weather is great and the ocean not far.
