Wonderful bnb experience in the heart of Ireland. Conny was super nice and very helpful in our trip planning and helping us out. The private room was great and she cooked a delicious breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay at Walkers Rest extremely much! It has been the second time that we came to stay in this amazing beautiful setting. We were welcomed as old friends by Connie and her family! The breakfast is just abundant and very well prepared. We were helped and supported a lot by Connie who advised us on many subjects of our interest. A great holiday resort that I can advise to any body who wants to come to Ireland!
We really enjoyed our stay at Walkers B&B. Conny was a friendly host, who put on a very generous and delicious breakfast each morning. The room was well presented and has a nice homely feel to it. The B&B is located in a pretty countryside and that adds to the experience. We had also got our check in day mixed up and Conny was very understanding and flexible with us. We appreciated that a lot.
Jederzeit wieder!
Connie and Ryan had a lovely home. They both were so welcoming and a joy to talk to. We got tied up earlier in our travels so we arrived later than planned. Connie literally offered to meet us - very accommodating. We were greeted with cake and tea. The place and surrounding area were better than advertised. The pictures don't do this wonderful area justice and we feel it is a MUST see. Connie's breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a wonderful time at Walker's Rest.
Connie made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived! The self-contained space was wonderful. Quiet and gorgeous views. The attention to detail here was fantastic and the breakfast was excellent. Connie was so helpful in taking the time to chat with us and give us loads of useful information about the area. We would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Ireland! Worth a detour for sure :-)
We had a lovely night at the Walkers Rest. Connie was so welcoming and had tea and fresh cake waiting for us on arrival. The room was great - clean and warm with comfortable beds. Private bathroom had a wonderful shower. Highly recommended.
About the Host, Conny
I am German and 50 years of age and we moved in 2000 to Ireland as we fell, on our holiday trip in 1999, in love with this beautiful (website hidden) husband and myself are passionate riders and we have stables and a riding arena. Unfortunately we have no horses at the moment due to private circumstances. You will find cats, dogs and hens on our site. We even have a small river running through our field. There is a barbecue as well as nice walks around. We didn't travel so much as we have 3 children. My favourite destinations would be Afrika and Australia. I am working as a Home Help and my husband is in computers. As my husband is a passionate motorcyclist , bikers are more than welcome.
