House Rules

this is a family neighborhood. we ask that noise be kept at a respectable level. Dogs must remain on leash when outside. There is only street parking available. Even though you can legally park in front of a neighbors house we ask that you do not. Our neighbors have lived here for many years. There is usually ample parking on the other side of the street.

Please take care of the bikes as if they were yours. They are brand new and guests are responsible for them if they are used.
