Very enjoyable place to stay. The location was very close to the beach, restaurants, and gas stations. We even got to see some sea otters behind the condo. Sabrina was very pleasant and helpful. We loved it!
This is a GREAT condo, and perfect for our family of three in Indian Shores to visit family. Extremely cosy, yet modern and clean, we loved the decor and there are lots of lovely details: the fairy lights, the coloured night light in the bathroom, which struck a chord with us. The view of the intercostal water way is great, along with easy access to the pool, beach, and lots of great local restaurants. ELISA was very attentive, responding very quickly to emails, and we much appreciated her arranging a late check out since we had a late afternoon flight. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Indian Shores...
Elisa and Co. made our first AirBnB experience absolutely awesome. I simply can't say enough good things about our trip. A thank you card and colorful chalk blackboard welcome message awaited us on arrival. The condo was just as we expected it to be from the pictures. Having divorced my 15 year old son's dad last August, this was my first solo vacation with my young man since the divorce, and I intended it to be a fairly quiet and relaxing vacation for us...basically, a chance to re-connect in our new dynamic of being a family of two. Together, he and I reviewed several vacation options and ultimately we chose Elisa's place because it has both the intercoastal and beach access, as well as the pool. In the a.m.'s, while my son slept in I enjoyed coffee, breakfast, and yoga outside with the dolphins, ospreys, a resident heron I learned was called Henry, and egrets keeping me company. Once young man was awake, he reminded me how to fish (the first time we've done so together since he was probably 10), and when I tired of that he ended up connecting with Elisa's awesome neighbors who have kids his age that who love to fish as much as he does. We all enjoyed hanging together so much that we are talking about vacationing at the same time there next year. Being across from the bird sanctuary was another bonus...you just don't get these sort of wildlife extras from every vaca spot. The beach was perfect for skim-boarding (important to my son), and it was funny to see the same folks sitting in the same spots on the beach each day. I very much enjoyed that about Indian Shores (our first time to that part of the St. Pete beaches). We are more of the stay in to eat types (my son far prefers being active outside to sitting down at a restaurant, which is fine with me), and the kitchen made it easy to keep simple to fix foods available. The condo was super-quiet (I'm told by the neighbors the older building walls are quite thick). During this summer's unusually frequent rains, we were grateful for the HDTV and streaming Netflix (I was able to learn all about the Tiny Movement--something I'd been intending to look into more--thanks to the book Elisa keeps on the bed stand and the Tiny documentary on Netflix). We also visited John's Pass, our first time even though we live in nearby Tampa, and enjoyed that immensely, as well. When I did have questions, Elisa responded quickly via text and we felt well taken care of as guests in her abode. All in all, it was a relaxing vacation that provided exactly what I was looking for: a chance for my son and I to relax and re-connect. I am uber-grateful for it, and I am looking forward to this becoming an annual bonding vaca spot for him and me. Thanks very much, Elisa and...
Elisa and her team made us feel so welcome! The condo was extremely cozy and clean. We really enjoyed our view of the intercoastal water way. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The location is wonderful. Indian Shores has fewer tourists than Clearwater. It seems that most people in Indian Shores either have a vacation home there or live there permanently. We found several great seafood restaurants nearby (Conch Republic and Crabby Bill's were our favorite). The beach is a really short walk. You just pop across the street. We were thankful that the condo had beach chairs, a mini cooler, and umbrella because we flew and could not pack these items. Also, we had a few days of bad weather, so we relaxed inside. The Netflix and wifi access really helped!
Our stay in Florida was great! The Condo had everything we needed. We would definitely go back to this place. Uber and scooter rentals were how we got around. The beach was a hop and skip away. Couldn't have asked for a cleaner and more quaint place. Thank you Elisa for allowing us to stay there.
The Condo was exactly as described. It was perfect for the two of us and Elisa and her team left very complete instructions and had very nice personal touches to make us feel welcome. We had an amazing time and would love to stay there again very soon.
Our stay at this getaway couldn't have gotten any better. This little home was perfect for our family. It was in a perfect location as well. We spent everyday on the beach or doing something so we didn't need anything big. We seen dolphins multiple times in the mornings just right outside the door. We would recommend this place to friends and family. Definitely will be staying there again.
