Top View House is a new house (refurbished in November 2017) with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of nature with lush views. Close to Levada Nova and pedestrian routes (Rabaçal, 25 fountains, Lagoas da Dona Beja and Vento), also 10 minutes (by car) from a yellow sand beach, Museum of contemporary art of Madeira - Seedlings, supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, urgencies, pharmacy.

The space
The house is located southwest of Madeira in a place designed by nature waiting to be discovered by you. From here anything is possible, as the house is close to starting points for walks on the levadas or trips around the island.
The kitchen is modern well equipped and functional. We can arrange a table chair and some cutlery for the baby. Vegetables and herbs can be harvested at no additional cost.
In the living room you can enjoy a sofa and blankets, where you will find the comfort you need to rest, read a book, watch TV (200 channels) or surf the internet (free wifi).
The bathroom has a shower base, there is also a second bathroom on the ground floor. Beach towels are available.
