The space
Newly re-listed after a 5 year guest !

Architect Designed and Built, raised high up in the air and surrounded by mature hardwood trees.

Tons of natural light, beautiful big doors and windows that open onto outdoor living spaces. Gorgeous modern all glass bathroom, open floor plan. Tall ceilings.


Trees surround the house and there a squirrels, birds and even the sound of frogs at night.


Big closet with space for hanging clothes, also has a new Bosch washer and dryer in it.

Full kitchens : 3 burner gas cooktop, new IKEA oven, single bowl sink, 18" dishwasher, small microwave, 30" fridge

Quiet AC units work great in summer, gas heater keeps everything toasty in winter, plus there is Infloor heat under the glass tile flooring in the bathroom.


Close to downtown, East Atlanta, Little Points, Grant Park Zoo,

Guest access
You'll have access to the front porch, the main interior space and a huge back deck with a small wood burning grill built it. There is also a tiny "smoking Porch" off the kitchen.

There is a separare unit upstairs that remains vacant. Guests do not have access to this space unless they need another bed or another bathroom and rent it under a separate listing called "second floor Tree top loft"


No access to the yard or the underside of the house is included on the rental

Other things to note
House is in a regular neighborhood but since its surrounded by trees, There are squirrells and chipmunks running around all the time

Neighborhood is quiet and there are mature trees lining the streets and backyards.

There is an organic farmers market in walking distance -Sunday mornings in Grant Park.
