  • Every day I would wake up and say, "I love this house." The views of the trees, the sounds of the birds, the openness, the design -- every aspect is enjoyable. Mary Clare is a wonderful host. She was very attentive, anticipating any situation. We arrived just before Atlanta's coldest winter weather in 100 years, and MC installed an additional heater, just in case we might be cold. When the weather did cause problems with the pipes (it was almost down to zero!), she was there immediately to fix them. The house has everything you would need for a short or long stay. We stayed for two months and we are sad to be leaving. And MC is delightful.

  • I loved the look of this place! It is beautiful, with the natural light, but even better when lit by candle light. Mary Clare was so accommodating, even helping with the AirBnB process. And the skyline is beautiful outside. Loved this space!

  • A wonderful and unusual space, we really enjoyed the views of the trees and the sparseness and artfulness of the space. Great communication, MC answered all our questions and made us feel at home.

  • My stay at the Treehouse was great... My 4yr old son loved it... I would defiantly recommend it to anyone who's looking to have a Modern Unique Experience. M.C. Dereuil was very professional and pleasant. I will rent this place again in the future...

  • I had been planning to use this space for a while, months! and everytime I got ready the plans had fell through(on my end) however MCD, was ALWAYS so welcoming, understanding and accommodating, and that theme continued when I finally booked and arrived at this inspiring and awesome place. Since I, personally am big on personal interactions, customer service this is the first thing I look for, and I was not disappointed, I felt comfortable, at home really...It was wonderful and I will be using this space again!

  • This Treetop Loft is like a hidden gem in the city! M.C. was very down to earth and very willing to accomodate my needs for an early Check-In. I was very appreciative of her time and effort in preparing the place for me in such a short amount of time between guests.

It's like a simple getaway in the city when you just need some time to relax, enjoy your surroundings and connect with your company. It rained during my stay which I discovered to be very therapeutic. The sounds of the rain and the freshness of the air was very heighten by the transparency of the urban loft. I was very impressed by the architectual creativity.

I plan on staying there again on my next getaway in the city as an alternative to a boring hotel. I can only imagine what the place would be like when the the skies aren't grey and natural light floods into the open space.

Thanks for being such a great host!

  • My family and I experienced nothing but peace and relaxation in this urban oasis. We enjoyed some amazing breakfast in Cabbage Town, dinner in the city, followed by sweet slumber under the stars of this amazing tree house loft! M.C. Dereuil was an awesome host who allowed us to use this tranquil place to celebrate our baby's 1st birthday and we had a blast!

The three of us will not forget the time we spent here.
