Our visit to Chamonix was fabulous!! The home is a historic stone farmhouse just a half block from the pedestrian center of town. The bedroom is a cozy stone "cave" that was cool and roomy. Nicole left us a lovely breakfast of jams breads and coffee. Sitting outside looking up at the mountains was wonderful.
Nicole was the most amazing host and made me feel utterly welcome in her home. Nicole left out breakfast, small notes and made amazing coffee, what more could you ask for !? The room was really clean , spacious and separate from the heart of the house, so you could come and go easily. The garden is beautiful to sit out in and enjoy a BBQ and glass of wine while watching the sun go down over the mountains. I loved my week here and cant wait to go back. Thanks Nicole ! xx
This place was perfectly located to the town with stunning views of the mountain. The beautifully renovated home is cosy and we had a wonderful couple of nights stay. Nicole is very friendly and her hearty breakfasts made for a great start to a day in the mountains. Thank you Nicole!
Unusual experience. Great location - short walk to central Chamonix and gondola's. The room is a converted cheese cave which was a new experience but the room also had a musty smell. The ceiling is very low and we bumped our heads a couple times. I'm glad we tried it out but wouldn't stay here again.
Nicole was nice but asked for 5 Euro to use the washer even though it is listed as an amenity with nothing in the listing to indicate there was a separate fee to use it.
Well sorry to hear you bumped your head, for any future guests the room is a converted cheese cave so it low, but does not smell ! Anyone staying more than 1 night does not pay for use of the washing machine (oh and product and dryer line or machine) - 5€ thought this also covered the use of the jacket I kindly lent your wife, to go up the lift as I know at this time of year, there is none that hires Patagonia new down jackets. Hope your honey moon journey is a great experience.
Amazing space with priceless local charm, and great views just out the door. Nicole is a very warm host and has wonderful friends. The epitome of what makes airbnb stays so special. You will enjoy!
Nicole was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfasts were lovely and she really made use feel comfortable in her home. She was also great for providing suggestions for things to see and do around town. Thanks for making our first AirBNB experience a great one!

About the Host, Nicole
HI I have lived in Chamonix for over 20 years and I love telemark skiing and the mountains. Australian lost in Europe , so I am use to having people stay over and love sharing my house. Mother of two , I rent out the room when the children are away. I have two bed rooms for rent ...so you can come as a family or group.
