COMPLETELY RENOVATED! Luxurious and spacious condominium (over 900 square feet) with 2 bathrooms in Seattle's best location. We purchased this condo in 2011 and had it completely renovated by an interior designer. Everything is new and done to a very high standard. All new kitchen and bathrooms--this is the highest quality 2 bedroom/2 bath available in all of Belltown. Beds and linens are as good (or better) than those found in 5 star hotels. The condo is in a quiet part of the building with a view of the lovely European style courtyard.
The unit is luxuriously yet comfortably furnished. Flexible sleeping accommodations make it a great place for both families and groups of adults. Master bedroom: 1 king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Second bedroom: 2 twin beds + trundle OR 1 king bed. Includes a full second bathroom. Sofa sleeper in the living room with the upgraded VERY comfortable mattress.
Take advantage of a free underground parking space right in the building (a must have in downtown Seattle!). Swim in the heated pool, work out in the fully equipped gym or enjoy the sunset over Puget Sound from the 7th floor common balcony.
Most of Seattle's major tourist attractions are a short walk away, including Pike Place Market, Seattle Center (Space Needle), and the city's famous waterfront. Belltown is home to many of Seattle's best restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and shopping.

We have two other condos in the building (also just renovated) and can accommodate groups up to 17 people.
Other Things to Note
We have a minimum age requirement of 26 for any guest not accompanied by a parent.
We have a 3 night minimum for stays over a weekend. If the reservation is within a week we will accept a 2 night reservation.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the condo, including the balcony and outdoor courtyard.
Guests agree to sign a rental agreement, which says they will read and follow the condo building rules (this is a requirement of the condo association for all renters). If you would like to see a full copy of the agreement prior to reserving, we will happily send it.
Full refund within 60 days of arrival. After 60 days no refunds unless we are able to rent the unit for the time booked. In that case a refund of 90% of any funds we are able to collect will be refunded.
We had an amazing time in Seattle, especially because of where we stayed. This place was so nice, clean, convenient, and in such a great location... Blocks from Pike Street. Since we first arrived, the host Autumn was very very helpful in providing tips and super nice! We loved our stay. The neighborhood was safe, and there were many good eating spots and bars near by. I would highly recommend this place!
Stayed Jan 16 - 19. Autumn was very accomodating and answered all my questions prior to my arrival. Even though she was not available to meet us on Jan 16, she arranged for Christi to meet us. Christi was very helpful explaining the buildings amenities, parking situation, places of interest, restaurants etc. The place looked just as good as they did in the pictures.
Other people have commented here that the parking stalls are too small. Though they are a little tight, we were able to park our mini van in the stalls without any problems. FYI we saw many people parking their cars over the lines, but from what I understand they will be fined for that offense.
The only minor issue that I would bring up is that the hot water heater has enough hot water for 2 (maybe 3) people to shower at a time. So our large group had people showering in shifts....other than that no issues what-so-ever with the place.
The appartement is nice. The big room with the bathroom is really nice. The other one is noisy because of the elevator just behind the wall. Access to the swimming pool and fitness room of the building, very pleasant.
Autumn received us on time, texting here was really easy and very fast.
The apartment was exactly what she described in the add, the location was fantastic, everything was close, you can walk almost to any ware, the pike market, the space needle, the museums, shopping, restaurants… breakfast, lunch, dinner, bars, pizza, bakery… EVERYTHING
The only thing that you can improve is to tell your guests that the apartment boiler (hot water) is very little and that it works very well for 2 people, 3 if they teake a fast shower, and definitely not for 4 (unfortunately I was always the last) :)
We use the gym, the pool and the roof garden, the view was amazing... also we use the grill and it was fantastic.

The hostess was great. She met us at the apartment and gave us clear instructions on everything including parking, entering the building, wifi, etc.
The unit itself was very clean and spacious. The location was awesome as we spent most our time walking around downtown to the library, pikes market, and lots of great little restaurants nearby (including a world class sushi restaurant in the same building).
The only thing to keep in mind is that if you're planning on renting a car as we did, the parking garage is very tight to get around in and the spots are incredibly tight. It's fine if you don't plan on driving in and out too often.
Awesome apartment, great location, comfy beds, lots of space. Autumn and Matthew made it very easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
