  • Everything about our stay here was great. I slept on the couch and even that was comfortable! The condo is very nicely equipped, and very pretty. The pool was fantastic, and the access to the beach as easy as it could possibly be. The staff in the lower lobby were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay! So glad to have found this site! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

  • 3 Stars out of 5.

Eden Condos is a nice place to stay. Their pool is incredible and their beach pristine. We found this particular condo to meet our expectations, not exceed. For the $190 a night price, I think it is maybe about 20% over what it should be.

The view from the 2nd floor balcony over the pool and Gulf is the best part. The condo, while a bit dated and over furnished, is functional.

The staff at Eden is wonderful---upon mentioning a few items in the condo that needed attention, they were quick to send personnel to help.

Be prepared when you arrive if you want to make the kitchen function: there is nothing but utensils and pans. No salt/pepper, condiments, or anything of the like for dishwasher detergent, so bring or buy it all.

Stay away from Vallarta "Authentic" Mexican restaurant----it was wretched.

Overall---the condo delivers everything it says. If you have small children, who need a babyproof environment, be aware: lots of stuff/drawers/doors/furnishings for them to get into trouble with.

Thanks for letting us stay in your place

  • We really enjoyed the incredible view from the balcony. The owner, Vicki, was very prompt and helpful in answering our questions regarding anything we needed. I loved being able to hang out and send teenagers elsewhere in the condo space, pool and beach without worry. We could see and hear them from our balcony. The space was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The Perdido Key area was quiet in April but we found plenty to do. We found some nice restaurants and kayaking, snorkeling and parasailing were hits. Just hanging out was nice and relaxing too.

  • It was our first time vacationing in Florida. The condo was nicer than anticipated. We especially loved the balcony which was very spacious with an awesome view. The pools were a lot of fun as well as playing in the waves of the gulf. We would definately come back to this same place again. We ate at a few local places and Cottons was definately a favorite. We also enjoyed the nightlife at the Flora-bama lounge! It was a great find!!

  • I had a very positive experience. Apartment was better than as it was described. Amazing view. Only thing was that it was bit far from all the nice places in Pensacola

  • We had an amazing time staying at this condo on the Florida border. We were looking for a relaxing weekend to enjoy the sunny weather and warm water and that is exactly what we found.
The condo was perfect, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a pull out couch. The kitchen was clean and stocked with cookware and utensils; we went down to the market and bought locally caught fish and shrimp and cooked while enjoying to great view.
The condominiums have access to a large indoor and outdoor pool, 2 spas and a grotto style waterfall. They are located only 5 minutes down the road from the FloraBama, where you can (email hidden) show

  • We had a great time in Vicki's condo and the facilities in the complex -- look at the pictures and you will see exactly what you get when you stay here! We walked the beach, used the indoor pool, both hot tubs, the sauna, the pool deck, the tennis court and the spa. Not bad for just three full days! The furniture and beds are certainly comfortable and serviceable. The balcony is a great feature. As other reviewers have noted, you will only find a roll of tp and a bar of soap per bathroom, plus we had complimentary shampoo and conditioner and one dishwasher soap packet. Vicki apprised me of this prior to our arrival, so we were not surprised. For the price, maybe a few more things could be added to the amenities package so that some basics wouldn't have to be supplied by guests for only a few nights' stay. But that wouldn't deter us from returning! We discovered the Alabama Gulf State Park Pier and recommend it for great fun watching the fisher persons and learning about the local fish and wildlife. Three other mentions: you can borrow tennis rackets and balls (though you might want to buy/bring a fresh can) at the desk; delightfully, dolphins can be seen not far off the beach for which you might want to bring binocs; and if the spa is something you are considering, go for it -- it's small but interesting and we felt well-pampered. Vicki was very responsive and we thank her for hosting us for our relaxing long weekend.

  • The place was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. We enjoyed the balcony with the great view of the ocean. We had plenty of room. We ate at a restaurant called the Jellyfish and it was great. The indoor pool and workout area were an added bonus. The only thing we had a problem with was getting a key for the workout area. Due to the Christmas holiday the front desk did not always have someone available. Really great trip:) Thanks Vicki

Fell in love w/the Gulf of Mexico's white sugar beaches, warm breezes and easy southern living! Get there whenever I can. And the cuisine in New Orleans...nothing compares! So would love folks to come check it out! Anyone been to JazzFest?! Just a few things in life to add to the bucket list! How bout Italy...heading there soon! My mom says "anticipation is 1/2 the fun of living"! I would agree the planning is definitely exciting! Travelng to new places expands the mind and maybe helps us be better citizens!
