Brian is a very friendly and helpful host! The house has a great history and has been beautifully and creatively restored and modernised. Brian has given great attention to small details such as a pile of bedside books and bottled drinking water in the bedroom. Thanks for a great stay!
Brian was an excellent host, breakfast was very good and the location is perfect for events at the castle which is less than a 2 minute drive down the road (and walkable if necessary).
Fantastic host, beautiful area and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.
Brian was very welcoming and made sure that he was available to greet me when I arrived. The description of the property was very accurate and the house was even more beautiful than I had envisaged. It is situated in a scenic and picturesque area and has some very unusual and interesting features. Breakfast was lovely and was accompanied by good conversation and a very relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this listing.
Brian was very welcoming and made sure I had a very comfortable stay in his beautifully restored gate lodge. The location is very peaceful right beside the lake and woods. It is a very short drive and approx. a 10 minute walk to Lough Rynn Castle and gardens.
