This beautiful 100+ year old home is located in historic South Hyde Park, one block east of Gillham Park. Our beautiful home is complete with original woodwork, stained-glass windows, hardwood floors throughout, and an updated kitchen with concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our guests will have access to main floor laundry and 1/2 bath; a peaceful, warm sunroom; a cozy entertainment den for watching movies; a bright, comfy bedroom; as well as access to your own personal bathroom stocked with towels and toiletries. Another key feature is this home's location. You will be walking/biking distance from the Plaza, Westport, Martini Corner, Nelson-Atkins Art Museum, Kemper Museum for Modern Art and UMKC. With the ability to be as connected or private as you wish, this home offers you the ability to experience the historic urban coolness that is South Hyde Park and Midtown Kansas City.
Guests have access to Google Fiber internet, washer, dryer, personal bathroom with shower, towels, free street parking, delicious breakfast (assortment of organic granola, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, local Roasterie French press coffee, tea).

You'll immediately feel at home in eclectic Hyde Park. Bring your running shoes, as we're not but one minute walking from Gillham Park.
Ideal location as our home is just a 10-15 walk to the Plaza, The Nelson Atkins Museum, The Kemper Museum, Westport, and parks. A cab will be needed to get to and from the airport.
Be respectful, be clean, be kind, and though we adore animals, they are not allowed in our home. In addition, smoking is not permitted.
