  • Super!!!
Is in a very beautiful and safe neiborhood, near Vatican. Restaurants, The best market full of fruit, bread, cheeses, etc.
We can not say thank you enough.
The location, the welcoming, clean and beautiful apartment.
They fix a taxi to pick us at the airport.
They explaing every thing to us very well and more.
We didn't understand about trash, but we fix it. We have to bring it out side the building and place it in a community dumpster at the Street.
We were 5 friends and they can not stop telling me thank you for this apartment and all that I booked in Europe throught

  • This property was spacious, homey, and very nice for our week-long excursion to Rome. It is literally around the corner from the Vatican, and in close proximity to a number of good restaurants, gelaterias, and grocery stores. I'd definitely recommend it for future travelers. However, you should temper your expectations in a couple of areas:
    1. The place can get pretty cold - there are only a couple of radiators in the apartment.
    2. Although the place lists wi-fi in the amenities, it's actually a 3G internet stick and doesn't always work.
    3. The older woman who lets you in the apartment and the apartment manager, Ana Maria, don't speak any English. Sabrina is pretty responsive if you text or e-mail her though.
    4. Some previous guests didn't do a good job washing their glassware / dishes, so make sure you wash your dishes before you use them.

  • we had four adults and a one year old in this apartment. we picked it based on location and that it had a tub (for bathing the baby). the location was great and the apartment was nice although there was not a tub. There was a small love seat and a big kitchen table (made of glass so I apologize for all the fingerprints!!) It is on the fourth floor but there is an elevator if needed. Sabrina was kind and quick to respond. The apartment was easy to find.

    Response from Sabrina:

Thanks for everything Elisabeth I enjoyed a lot to host you and your beautiful family!

  • Finding the apartment took a lot of time as the address was not easy to locate. The lady who received us could speak only Italian. There was some confusion regarding the security deposit, but after speaking to Sabrina ( who is very prompt and helpful) it was all sorted out. The apartment is lovely- spacious and well-(website hidden) might be a necessity in summers. But the AC in one of the bedrooms was leaking. Apart from this, we had no trouble whatsoever with the apartment. The location is its USP. Barely 10 minutes from the Vatican, it is very convenient. There are quite a few eateries and grocery stores around as well as a mini flea market nearby, which made the stay interesting. All in all, a very convenient place to stay in, except for the few glitches.

    Response from Sabrina:

Hi Harsha thanks so much for your stay and for your nice comment.
I've been very happy to host you and although I was not there I know you have been very nice and that you left the apartment in order.
I hope to host you again.
    Thanks so much!

  • We enjoyed our 3 day stay in Rome. Since we had not communicated in several weeks, I was concerned about finding someone there to meet us with keys, instructions, etc. I was relieved to find someone there waiting for us, despite the fact that we were about 25 minutes late in arriving.

The apartment was nice and comfortable for the four of us. It was nice having some extra space (kitchen, dining area, and sitting area) besides the two bedrooms. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the large windows for lots of natural sunlight, as well as the A/C in the bedrooms.

We liked being in close proximity to the metro (5 minute walk) and the area of the Vatican.

The shower was a little tricky, but we managed fine. Wifi would be a nice addition.

In summary, we had a great time in Rome and enjoyed our accommodations.

  • Comfortable apartment in a very quiet, respectable block of flats. Does however overlook a major road junction which had traffic all day and night but then you are in Rome - not the quietest city in the world.
Very handy for the Vatican museums and St Peter's but far enough away to feel that you are in the real Rome away from all the tourists. Good access to a local market and supermarket. Taxi to Piazza Navona for 4 was 7 euro.
Sabrina arranged a taxi from the airport but there was some confusion over what she agreed and what her local rep/cleaner expected. Rep wanted €150 deposit , Sabrina had agreed €120. Sabrina emailed to say that departure time was no later than 12 noon, cleaner turned up at 1030am wanting us out.
Overall we had a great time and the apartment was grand.

  • We had a great time in this apartment. The two rooms of the apartment are spacious and comfortable. The A/C units worked great to keep us cool in the hot weather. The elevator to the 4th floor was a great relief to move in and move out with luggage, strollers and kids (we faced issues in other apartments in Venice and florence, so this was great).
Great location close to vatican and a short cab ride to everything in rome. Right around the block there was everything a mini market to stock up the fridge, gelato shops, restaraunts, burger king, subway and an internet point.

The only real issue we had was with the shower. The bathroom itself was comfortably spacious but the bath tub was too small and little odd.

    I would stay here again!
