The guesthouse is well equipped and beautifull decorated. Great location: it's quiet but the center and shops are nearby. We liked the beds a lot, maybe a bit short but perfect matrasses. It was handy to park the car on the driveway. The owner was super friendly. We would recommend everybody to stay here! We loved it. :)
Had such a lovely stay! The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Bathroom is like a spa. Would highly recommend staying here!
The property is attractive and centrally located, with a parking spot, which is great. The place was clean, well equipped in both the kitchen and the gorgeous bathroom (plenty of clean towels!) and the heat worked beautifully, very important for our winter stay. My sister and I shared one bedroom and my niece and nephew slept in the other. We were all comfortable and would happily stay here again. Great value.
This was a great place to stay in Boulder. Very central location within walking distance to Pearl and other shopping areas, but it was located within a quiet neighborhood.
The place itself was extremely clean and well cared for and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable. The dining area and kitchen were big enough to entertain. Love the heated tile floor in the bathroom!
We would stay here again when/if we go back to Boulder.
We had a wonderful stay at the hardman-Murphy's. The house has everything that you could ever need. There were three decent sized men staying the weekend and we all had plenty of space. We loved that it was close to just about everything. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!
The Hardman-Murphy's home was perfect for us and our two young children. The space was attractive, well designed, clean and full of amenities. The location is great, very central with a Whole Foods and Target within about three to four blocks, but tucked into a quiet, residential neighborhood. We appreciated having a front yard for the kids to play in, a bathroom with both a shower and a tub, laundry facilities and a fully supplied kitchen (less the food). We hosted six adults for dinner one night, in addition to our family, and had plenty of space both indoors and out.
Asa and his family were the perfect hosts- friendly and available when needed, but also providing us with privacy and space. I really can't say enough positive things about our experience here. The next time we are in Boulder we will definitely stay here.
This immaculately clean and beautifully designed home was absolutely perfect for my family's short term stay in Boulder. Thank you!
This was my first time in Boulder and I am so happy we found this clean, comfortable spot to stay. It looks exactly like the photos and actually feels a little bit bigger. All of the appliances and features are updated and modern. Small details like TONS of clean towels and coffee for the keurig made staying here feel like we were in some swanky suite in a metropolitan hotel. Coming from San Francisco, it was also such a pleasure to sit out on the small porch in the front yard and feel the grass in my toes. The location is very central--we walked to bars and restaurants on Pearl Street easily and it was only a 10 minute drive to the Flatiron trailheads. Finally, Kimberly and Asa were extremely hospitable and were always around should we need anything. Do not hesitate to spend your vacation in Boulder at this fantastic rental.
This house was just perfect for us! My husband and I were traveling with our 2-year daughter and her grandparents. The house was the perfect size for us - not too big, not too little - and located conveniently to everything we wanted to see and do. There is a nice front yard where our daughter could play while the older generations could watch her. And the Hardman-Murphy's two boys kept our little girl great company. Everything she saw them she would yell out, "There's my friends!" before running out to play. The house was beautifully decorated as well. I even took some photos for ideas for my own house. Really comfortable beds, and a great couch. all mid-century style and great colors. The bathroom has a heated tile floor that was so nice when stepping out of the shower. The owners are extremely, friendly, helpful and accommodating people. We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Boulder. I highly recommend it.
We visited our family in Boulder and found the Hardman-Murphy home to be perfect for the occasion. It was newly renovated and was a great place to invite our son and daughter in law and new granddaughter over for dinner and a long relaxed visit. The kitchen had all of the appropriate pots and pans and utensils. The main living room/dining area is a nice size open space with lots of light.
We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity.
