Welcome to the amazing city of Milwaukee that I call my home. My place is situated in the heart of the trendy east side.
If you have questions about what to see and do while you are in town just ask, I love to share my city with visitors.
The apartment is in a great Eastside location just off of North Ave and Prospect Ave and within walking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants, theatres and nightlife.
Walking distance to Bradford Beach and Lake Michigan (4 blks) and the Milwaukee Art Museum (1 mile), Discovery World (1.1 miles) Summerfest grounds (1.2 miles), Lakefront Brewery (1.2 miles)
And within 5 min by car/bus: Jazz in the Park/Cathedral Square, UWM, MSOE, MATC, the Bradley Center, Frontier Airlines Convention Center, US Cellular Arena, Pabst Theater, Milwaukee Theater, Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, Broadway Theater Center, and Milwaukee Public Museum, Harley Davidson Museum
And within 15 min by car/bus:, Miller Park and The Milwaukee Airport, and Bayshore Mall.
There is a bus stop on the corner and cabs are one call away but so much is within walking distance you really have no need for either.
The Oak Leaf Trail running and bike path leading from downtown north to Milwaukee River parks and northshore is only a few blocks away. Launch your kayak or canoe in the Milwaukee River or Lake Michigan, rent a paddleboat on the lagoon, or just go fly a kite in Veterans Park.
There is also well-equipped kitchen including range, dishwasher and 'fridge you wish to prepare a meal and dine in. Plenty of grocery options nearby including Beans & Barley, Whole Foods, Koppa's neighborhood grocery store and Glorioso's Italian Market.
Wireless internet, DVD plaver, Netflix, Washer/Dryer in building, free parking outside in lot as well as assigned underground heated parking.

Just meet to drop off the keys and show around the apartment. Drop keys in the lobby on check out.
My place is right off North Ave and close to several bus stops as well as plenty of cabs as well as uber and lyft and easy parking on my block and includes heated underground parking if you have your own car.

Having never used airbnb prior to my stay at Katie's, I truly wasn't sure what to expect. However, Katie was extremely professional and communicated excellently throughout the process of renting the space. From key pick up to check out, there was no confusion. The space itself was very clean and cozy. The area made for very cheap uber rides to downtown and parking was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!
The apartment was a in a great location for seeing some of the best of Milwaukee. Katie was very helpful and provided us with a detailed list of places to visit. She was flexible and open with her communication. The space had everything that you might need and felt much more spacious than I expected for a studio. Overall we had a great stay!
Katie communicated very well in the weeks leading up to the visit and provided lots of information about the room and the surrounding neighborhood. Everything was clean and in great working order at the apartment and I had a very enjoyable stay.
We loved our stay here, the host was very responsive during the reservation process as well as for check-in and check-out. The apartment is with-in walking distance to one of Milwaukee's best night-out areas for drinks and food. The space was just as listed, clean and inviting. If we need a place to stay in Milwaukee again, we will definitely look for an opening here first.
Katie was a great hostess to work with. She communicated clearly. The key pick-up was easy and she provided clear directions to locate the apartment. Everything was just as she said it would be. She also provided written instructions and an abundance of suggestions for things to do and where to eat in the neighborhood.
The apartment was convenient to downtown, in fact the bus was very easy to use. The apartment itself was clean and inviting. It was a great stay.

Katie is very responsive to all our requests. The apt is very cute and in a great location. It is perfect for a short stay. The kitchen was not very clean so we ate out most of the week we stayed. When we mention it to Katie, she was very surprised that the cleaning person left it like this and returned our cleaning fee. We thought her response was acceptable. We recommend this apt and would stay again.
