Puerta Azul is a charming gated enclave of Spanish villa style homes nestled close to the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains in La Quinta.

Let this be your perfect getaway. Be it for just a few days, a week or a month or more.

The space
Once inside the gates of Puerta Azul you will find our home centrally located amongst the community amenities. You can park in one of the conveniently located parking spaces or in the attached garage.

As you enter your rental home a short hallway leads to a wonderful open floor plan in which the kitchen flows into the dining and main living areas forming one great room in which the 12-foot-high ceilings create a feeling of grandeur.

The kitchen has a stainless-steel refrigerator along with gas stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and pretty much everything else needed to make the most of your stay.

In the living room, rest on a comfortable sofa couch or love seat with great views of your 4K LED flat-screen TV.

Easy access to outdoor living.
From the living room a door leads back out to your peaceful and private courtyard, so you can enjoy some fresh air while your morning coffee percolates.

Amid the bougainvillea and desert landscaping there is a table and chairs for four, perfect for an al fresco meal. The two loungers here are just right for an outdoor nap. At the end of your day make use of the gas Char-Broil for your grilling needs.

Just off the living area is the master bedroom. Relax in your California king-size bed as you watch TV. The en suite bathroom has a long twin vanity, alcove bathtub and walk in shower.

The hallway leading to the opposite side of the home has a laundry closet with washer and dryer, another bathroom with shower/tub combo and the second bedroom that sleeps two in a queen-size bed and another TV, so everyone can watch what they want.

What the community has to offer
Puerta Azul offers a well-appointed clubhouse with workout facility, ping pong and billiard tables. Outside you’ll enjoy 2 pools and spas, tennis court, bocce court, putting green and a beautiful Paseo with walking paths.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house. Guests also have access to all of the amenities of Puerta Azul including 2 pools, 2 spas and the Clubhouse.
