About this listing
Lovely peaceful riad with patio and terrace in the Palmeraie of Marrakesh, close to all the sights of the Red City! Fits up to 6 people.
Our house is situated in the palmeraie (palm grove) area of Marrakesh, in a very quiet and green location, but still close to the city centre, Marrakesh's famous medina, souks and the Jemaa El Fna square (15 minutes by car or taxi). The riad has two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as two single bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The villa is equipped with reversible air-conditioning in all bedrooms. We have a lovely big terrace and a garden courtyard.
Guests have access to the whole house and the residence.
Interaction with Guests
Our caretaker is in charge of welcoming and interacting with guests at all times during their stay. You can always reach us by email and phone.
We will not be present in the house during your stays but are of course happy to help you with planning your trip, advising on places to visit, restaurants, etc.
Our riad is situated at the heart of a spacious and closed residence. There is an entrance fee for the swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by a huge park with beautiful trees and plants: bougainvillea, olive trees, palm trees,... All houses are built in the traditional Moroccan style with tadlakt and zellige, and yet have all modern facilities. It is a lovely and peaceful place where you can rest after the hustle and bustle of the medina. A supermarket (with a bakery) and restaurants are available on foot only few yards from the Residence.
The residence is about 15 minutes by car or taxi from the medina. We recommend to hire a car and can provide a good address. A secured car park is provided inside the residence. There are also "petits taxis" just outside the residence.
Other Things to Note
The minimum stay is 5 nights.
