Fall is here! Perfect location less than 2 miles from downtown Denver, Coors Field and the RiNo district. Breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and wineries within walking distance. A quick walk to the Light Rail will take you to destinations within the greater metro area. After exploring, return to your guesthouse with garage parking, full kitchen, walk-in tile shower, KING Bed, private patio, washer/dryer, WiFi, and a few very SPECIAL amenities that you'll have to visit to discover.

The space
Start the day sitting on your private patio next to a tree-lined park while enjoying a cup of locally roasted coffee or a café latte from your personal Coffee Bar. After an amazing cup, get ready for the day in your luxury bathroom with walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads, dual vanities and quality bathroom essentials. Explore the area using your included cruiser bikes or a short walk to many of our favorite places listed on our digital guidebook. If you have a vehicle parked in your dedicated garage parking, you can get to any destination from your centrally located home away from home very easily!

After exploring, come home and enjoy an evening on your private patio around your propane fire table. Make some dinner on your outdoor BBQ grill or in your spacious full kitchen. Wind down watching the 55” HDTV in your living room or the 40” HDTV in your bedroom with King size bed. Both Tvs come with included HBO and Showtime premium cable channels. Or use your personal streaming accounts to watch your favorite shows.

Working from home? We’ve got you covered with your own dedicated modem/router with up to 100 Mbps service from Xfinity. Extra wide monitor and printer available to help complete your home office needs.

Washer and dryer are housed in the entryway on the first floor to clean up after a day of exploring.

Your home is a carriage house, built on top of a 3 car garage shared with the main house on the property. You will have your own private patio, your own parking space in the garage and door codes that are specific to your reservation. Your place is self contained and all yours!

We put in a lot of effort to make our guests feel at home in our guesthouse! We love to be ambassadors of our amazing city and provide as many resources as we can to make you feel like a local. We appreciate there are many of other rental properties in our area, and several amazing hotels also. Our goal is to provide a better experience than the rest!

We also have several live music and entertainment venues within walking distance, including Mission Ballroom, Cervantes Masterpiece and Nocturne! The River North area has some amazing wall mural art on many of its buildings. Be sure to peek down the alleyways for a unique art experience and some hidden gem bars!

My wife Aurora and I usually go camping during the summer months, but try and squeeze in a trip somewhere else once or twice a year. Santa Fe, Maine, Vegas and California are some of our favorite places to visit. As property Hosts we have taken several of our favorite aspects of being a guest in other rental units, and some of our favorite hotels and incorporated into our own spaces. Strong WiFi signal, good local coffee, and comfortable beds are a small example of some things we enjoy and have delivered in our properties! :-)
