Charming, bright apartment with wooden floors and high ceilings in a representative, detached old building with small garden. Beautifully located in a fantastic spot in the French Quarter of Haidhausen: Quiet, yet very central with public transportation well attainable. Beautiful river Isar, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets are just around the corner. Fully furnished with flat screen TV, hi-fi, washing machine and completely equipped kitchen. The space
Beautifully located in a fantastic spot in Haidhausen. Very close to the center, 15 minutes walking distance or 2 subway stops east of Marienplatz. Quietly situated at traffic-free "Preysingplatz" with its neoromantic brickstone church. Around the corner you will find everything you need: bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, etc.
The apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator is very quiet and gets much light. Situated in an end-of-19th century, newly renovated building with a garden, featuring high ceilings, wooden floors, large bedroom with working space, spacious living room, dining-kitchen, and a full bathroom. It’s about 60 square meters / 670 square feet.
All rooms are fully furnished and equipped. Highspeed internet (WIFI) is available. Washing machine, bed linens, and towels are provided. Bedroom with king size bed (2x2m) and wardrobe, living room with big couch, flat screen television (46"), blu-ray-player and hi-fi surround sound system. The River Isar is only 200m away with beautiful parks for relaxing, walking, or running. Next to it you will find the cultural center "Gasteig" with its abundance of events and exhibitions. You can stroll around "Wiener Platz" with its little market stands or the "Hofbraukeller", one of the most beautiful beergardens of Munich.
This is truly a perfect alternative to an expensive, impersonal hotel!
