Located just 5 minutes' walk from the City Centre, this comfortable room has a private bathroom, kitchen and a whole floor to yourself! On direct bus routes to Dublin airport and walking distance from Trinity College, Grafton Street and City Center.

The room is spacious and quiet and you will have the whole floor to yourself with a private bathroom and a kitchenette with your own fridge, microwave oven, kettle and toaster (we provide tea, coffee and snacks). The room is also freshly painted and the bed is brand new.

The room has a TV with an Apple TV with Netflix and a stereo speaker for music if you're staying in.

Single air mattress is available too - just ask!

The basement floor is very self-contained and should have everything you need! In the room you have access to your own private bathroom and shower. You have a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. There is also a large wardrobe in the room and your own TV with Netflix.
You have a desk with outlets for your use and good WiFi. Access is through the main house but the room, bathroom and kitchen are private to you.

We leave our guests to their own devices, as they have their own section of the house. But of course we are available in case of any questions.

The room itself it pretty much soundproof to the rest of the house so guests won't be interrupted by any comings and goings and vice-versa.

We live in historic Georgian Dublin. The house itself was built in the 1800's and still maintains many original features, with a modern twist.

The area is really charming just outside the city center. Just across the street there is a deli, Starbucks, convenience store, restaurants and traditional Irish pubs! There are also local parks and a canal with a nice walk on our street.

It's the perfect location for transport, walking or cycling. Direct bus routes to and from Airport (25 mins each way), City Center and Trinity (15 mins walking). We are walking distance from Grand Canal Dock and all major transport routes in Dublin - you can really get anywhere!

We also have a Dublin Bikes rental stop on our street - you can rent a bike and drop it off anywhere in the city. Really handy and good way to see the city.

A small and very friendly dog named Jasper lives in the house. He is quiet and behaved and will not go into your space at all.

We loved our stay here. It's a lovely quiet area but still great for cafes, restaurants and some good pubs. We walked everywhere including into the centre of Dublin which is 30 minutes. But it's right on a bus route as well and easy to get to from the airport bus. Ben's place is a beautiful Georgian house and having the basement floor gives you lots of privacy and the amenities of a little kitchen. We had everything we needed. The house has its original sash windows so there is a little traffic noise. But for Dublin this is a quiet area and no noise from revellers. We are very comfortable and slept well. Ben was a great host, attentive and welcoming. Making sure we were met on arrival and had everything we needed.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house. It was great that it was within walking distance to everything yet in a nice quiet location. The space we had was lovely and clean and spacious for just the two of us. It was nice and quiet in the evenings and early mornings. We were completely left to our own devices. And thanks for letting us leave the bags until it was time for us to go. Only regret 2 things: 1 the TV never worked and we never met you, Ben! Otherwise, thanks for everything and if we come to Dublin we would love to stay here and nowhere else! :) Kat

Sally and Ben were lovely hosts! The location is 15 min from the centre, close to all of the main sites and in a beautiful area! There is a park near by, which made the walk into town that little bit more special! The facilities are clean, well kept and to suit everyone's needs! My friend and I could not fault this accommodation! Thanks again!

Great place to stay. Good value for money and a 15 minute walk through St Stephen's Green to Grafton Street where you can pick up the tourist buses.

My partner and i had a great stay here. The location is great - walkable distance to the city centre however far enough to ensure a quiet stay. The room is very comfortable and spacious - clean bathroom and well equipped little kitchen. Communication was very good between the host and ourselves, and check-in was smooth.

Our stay here was great! Ben provided information on how to get to his place from the airport and it was very easy with a close bus stop! We also loved the location to get to downtown - it was outside the busyness of the city but definitely walkable and helped us explore other areas outside of the city center. Ben and Sally allowed us to leave our bags in the morning straight from the airport and then we came back later that night. The place is close to a Starbucks and a supermarket, but our best recommendation is to check out the Farm Restaurant, an organic, locally sourced restaurant right across the street - so good for a full Irish breakfast! Overall, we appreciated our stay here!

Ben and Sally's place was easy to find and is a beautiful house in a quiet residential area. Close by are some very nice cafe's and it is in easy walking distance to the Aviva Stadium and Dublin City Centre. The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchenette was ideal for preparing snacks. The shower room is compact but functional. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Ben and Sally's place to other people.
