Located just 5 minutes' walk from the City Centre, this comfortable room has a private bathroom, kitchen and a whole floor to yourself! On direct bus routes to Dublin airport and walking distance from Trinity College, Grafton Street and City Center.

The space

The room is spacious and quiet and you will have the whole floor to yourself with a private bathroom and a kitchenette with your own fridge, microwave oven, kettle and toaster (we provide tea, coffee and snacks). The room is also freshly painted and the bed is brand new.

The room has a TV with an Apple TV with Netflix and a stereo speaker for music if you're staying in.

Single air mattress is available too - just ask!

Guest access

The basement floor is very self-contained and should have everything you need! In the room you have access to your own private bathroom and shower. You have a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. There is also a large wardrobe in the room and your own TV with Netflix.
You have a desk with outlets for your use and good WiFi. Access is through the main house but the room, bathroom and kitchen are private to you.

Interaction with guests

We leave our guests to their own devices, as they have their own section of the house. But of course we are available in case of any questions.

The room itself it pretty much soundproof to the rest of the house so guests won't be interrupted by any comings and goings and vice-versa.

Other things to note

*Woof*

A small and very friendly dog named Jasper lives in the house. He is quiet and behaved and will not go into your space at all.

Ben's BnB was a great location to spend a couple of nights in Dublin. The location is great, easy walking distance to the city center and attractions, yet in a nice residential neighborhood. The room and bathroom were adequate and everything worked great (although the picture of the room is a bit generous). The local area has a bunch of nice restaurants. One of the best things about the location is that the stops for the AirCoach from and to the airport are less than 100 yards from the BnB, so getting in and out with luggage is really easy. Overall a great experience! Would consider staying there again on a future visit.

Ben's place is great. He was incredibly accommodating to work with, the room was spacious and comfortable. The home is a short walk into the city and right on the bus line (145 and 46A) that take you into the city or towards UCD campus. I highly recommend staying there.

Very nice Victorian home with basement rooms, filled with light. Easy walk to St. Stevens Square, and Dublin sights. Be sure to check out Bagget St. restaurants.

Great place - we were able to walk everywhere. Take note on upper vs lower Leeson street - you will need to understand the difference for directions. If you're taller, know in advance the bathroom is tolerable but very small. Sally was very sweet, never met Ben. The neighborhood is safe and clean with cafes and bus stops close by. Overall, positive experience and loved our stay!

This was our second stay here and we'll be back! Great location, very easy communication with both Ben and Sally. Coffee and a few things in the fridge are always appreciated. Very comfy bed.

Ben's place was exactly as described in a perfect location to many quaint pubs and shops. Check in was easy as the keys were kept in a lockbox so you didn't have to meet at a specific time for the keys.
