Across the street from the Millionaire’s Row section of Lake George on Lake Shore Drive sits this like new home. The great room provides a beautiful atmosphere for entertaining a large family. Quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances make this a contemporary rustic getaway. Come enjoy all four seasons in this perfect 2100 square foot home.

The space
Each bedroom has a personal heating and cooling control for comfort! Everything in the home is 4 years young.

The master bathroom has a garden tub with endless hot water to enjoy a relaxing soak after a fun day in the Adirondacks.

New for 2019 - foam mattresses for the Master bedroom and 1 queen room.

New for 2021 - Enormous new sectional with 2 full sofa beds in the game room.

Accommodations are for 8 total people (including infants).

The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes, a K cup coffee machine, and even a separate beverage fridge.

Outside includes a good sized yard, cornhole, 2 porches, a screened in porch with dining table for 6, gas grill and fire pit.

Guest access
Guests are entitled to the entire property including a garage for all outdoor toys. Additionally, guests can enjoy free WiFi, a 70 inch Vizio SmartCast Display TV, Classic Nintendo, PS2, tons of board and card games.

Other things to note
Our home is not waterfront and does not have private access to lake or dock. We ARE just 1.4 miles to the nearest beach.
