Truly in the heart of it all, we are only steps away from the Morganford Business district with local eateries, pubs, coffee/tea shops, and grocer. We are next door to the Community garden space, of which there is a free Little Library out front. We are several blocks from Tower Grove Park, the neighborhood's 289 acre gem that holds countless events throughout the year. Additionally, we are centrally located to all of St. Louis' main attractions as listed below:

-1.4 mi (6 min) from the famous Missouri Botanical Gardens
-2.5 mi to Historic Soulard and Anheuser-Busch Brewery
-4.0 mi from St. Louis Zoo and St. Louis Science Center, (both are Free!)

This home is in the bustling Tower Grove South neighborhood, in the heart of the Morganford Business District. Eateries, coffee shops, and groceries are just steps away. The 289-acre park nearby offers stunning views, playgrounds, and lots of events!

Although St. Louis metro area is generally easier to enjoy by car, staying here puts you steps away from the bus stop at Morganford and Connecticut, which offers easy transfer to the Metro Rail at Grand Center, which connects with Amtrak and St. Louis Lambert Airport. Ridesharing (Uber, Lyft) and taxi services are also available. There is street parking in front of the house, as well as a dedicated parking pad for 2 cars in the back (alley access) if you are bringing or renting a car.

*** IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ *** There are approximately 6 steps up from the sidewalk to the main floor. Watch out for the step halfway between the sidewalk and the main steps. For those who have decreased mobility, the master suite is located on the main floor. There is dual-zone central heating and air conditioning, with Nest thermostats downstairs (hallway to master) and upstairs (just outside bedroom door to the left at top of stairs).
