Huge room with PRIVATE ENTRANCE and PRIVATE BATHROOM on the Brooklyn Waterfront!
The best location in Brooklyn with cafes, shops, restaurants, nightlife, parks and more all within steps from the front door in the most exciting neighborhood in BK!

The Space

The bedroom offers its own private entrance as well as its own private bathroom - both sun soaked, clean as a whistle, large and in brand new condition! The living room and dining room area is LARGE, super clean, cozy and filed with brand new appliances.

Guest Access

The entire common space is yours for your stay! There are two entrances to the apartment, one through the common room and one into your private room, so if you feel like being social feel free to come and go as you please through the living room or if you want your privacy then by all means come and go through your room! There is nothing off limits in the dining room/kitchen/living room.

Interaction with Guests

The apartment is usually pretty quiet and during your stay the only times we may bump into each other might be during the evening.

The Neighborhood

Williamsburg has become the hippest neighborhood on the planet and people from all over the world flock to this neighborhood. It has become a cultural mecca with its amazing restaurants and art scene, its gorgeous waterfront parks, friendly atmosphere and endless amounts to do from shopping, eating and exploring.

Getting around

The apartment is located only a few short blocks from the subway, which is conveniently only one stop away from Manhattan. The apartment is also located only a few blocks from the Water Ferry, which can take you over to Manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn by boat!

  • We spent a week here in July 2014 and enjoyed every minute of it. From the first phone call and our arrival we felt really welcome and Andy was extremely nice and helpful all the way! Not to mention the place itself, Williamsburg is our absolute favorite neighborhood in NY, and here you have the Wythe rooftop, Smorsgasburg, flea market and all the great restaurants & bars immediately around you, yet it's still quick&easy to move around the city. The room is very spacious, cosy and clean, and you can see the Manhattan skyline right from the window! We recommend Andy and his place wholeheartedly.

  • Andy was so friendly and made our airbnb experience a delight. I would truly recommend anyone to stay at his apartment. The area has so many amazing bars and places to eat, if you want a real New York experience without the tourists but all the fun and excitement then stay here. My girlfriend and I had a great time so thanks Andy for your accommodation, recommendations for places to go, and your company.

  • Loved the waterfront neighborhood! Great restaurants a few blocks away, very cool area. Subway station about an 8 minute walk. Andy was very gracious and concerned that everything was to our liking. The room was large and airy, very comfortable. Because of the World Cup the bar downstairs was a little noisy on Saturday night, but Sunday night was not at all noisy. Would stay here again without question!

  • Andy has been very welcoming and provided lots of information about the town, how and where to go. Highly appreciated his flexible availability and immediate response at all times. The room does overlook the East River and is full of light and the bath room provides for space. There is only a 5 Minute walk to the subway and the Location is just Hipster! I recommend Andy and would return at any time when coming to New York!

  • Had a very nice stay in this place. It was the perfect getaway from the crowded and busy city, as Williamsburg is a more relaxed part of the city. Andy was a very nice host with good recommendations for places to eat. Would stay there again next time in NY!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our time in New York and Andy (email hidden), really friendly and accommodating and the room was as described, plenty of space. Williamsburg is a great area, with plenty going on, and the flat is just a couple of blocks from Bedford Avenue. We also really enjoyed the food market on the waterfront which was just at the end of the road. We hope to return if we come back to New York. Thanks Andy 

  • Andy's responsive communication, flexability and helpful attitued are just what you need (email hidden)e rooms are just as advertised with veiws of Manhatten from the window.... The area is great to hang out in and explore the hidden treasures near by as well as very quick and easy to get into Manhattan..... As other guests have mentioned the room is above a bar but the noise level is low and the selection of beer is fantastic...... Overall I was very happy with my experience and would return on my next visit to NYC.........

  • Andy was very welcoming. His apartment is bright, clean, spacious and in a great location.

  • Andy was a very good host. He responded quickly to any questions that I had prior to our visit. He greeted us at the door upon our arrival and then was helpful at answering questions.
The bedroom was large with a private bathroom. There was a lot of natural lighting. The shared kitchen was well provisioned. There is a bar immediately below the bedroom which has a great selection of interesting beers and bar food. During our one night stay, music was playing upon our return in the evening coming from the bar. It may bother some travelers but we fell straight to sleep, regardless.
