Welcome to Loft 4- Sedona living at its best. This spacious 890 sq ft loft is larger than any hotel room in town and was thoughtfully curated for your comfort.

Vaulted ceilings and large windows create an airy, light-filled space with beautiful views and a private balcony.

Enjoy a fully walkable location near grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and theaters, plus quick access to nearby hiking trailheads.

Access & sound notes:

The lofts are on the second floor of a private building—about 15 stairs up. We’re close to the 89A corridor, which makes getting around easy, but you may hear occasional traffic.

The loft includes a white-noise machine, and individually wrapped earplugs are available. Most guests rest comfortably, but if you’re very noise-sensitive, please consider this before booking.

The loft is above a ground-floor spa; please be mindful during business hours.

Access & parking:

Enjoy complete privacy with contactless self check-in via the lockbox on your door. Your stay includes one reserved space (Loft 4) under the covered carport.

If someone is in your spot, please leave a polite note and message us—you may also park along the fence directly across from the carport.

Other things to note
Note: There are 15 steps that lead up to the lofts.

No pets (for guest allergies). Evidence of pets incurs a $250 sanitization fee.

Late departures after 10:30am without prior approval incur a $100 fee.

The bedroom entry does not have a door as the loft design embraces an open, flowing floor plan.

We are found in West Sedona, an area many consider the heart of town. Supremely walkable/rideable with sidewalks and bike lanes, it is safe, convenient and has splendid panoramic views of the red rocks as you make your way up/down the 89A corridor.

Just one block away you'll find Sunset Drive - which leads to trailheads and a lovely park where you can sit on any number of park benches and observe the blue skies and gaze upon Thunder Mountain. The trails (Bandit, Old Post, Airport Mesa Loop) nearby will lead you to one of the most-visited vortex and sunset spots - Airport Mesa.
