We offer you our beautiful semi-detached house here. The landmark Bottrop Tetrahedron can be reached in just a 20-minute walk. The Alpine Center is 1.6 km away, CentrO Oberhausen 8.6 km, Messe Essen 14 km, Movie Park Bottrop 13 km, Grusellabyrinth 1.2 km, Veltins Arena 13 km, Zollverein Essen 11 km, Baldeneysee 24 km, Zoom Gelsenkirchen 15 km.
The space
Beautiful cozy approx. 70 m2 semi-detached house on two floors with separate entrance.
Whether you are a handyman, on a business trip or just want to spend a few days in the beautiful Ruhr area. We make you feel at home.
The newly renovated semi-detached house can accommodate 1-4 persons. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds, which
can be converted into 4 single beds. The beds are high-quality hotel beds. Please understand that if you arrive as an individual or couple, we will only provide you with one bedroom. The other then just remains free and the bed is uncovered. (But if you don't stay in a room as a couple, we will find a solution ;-)). Both bedrooms have SATELLITE TV, a chest of drawers, and a closet with mirror. On the ground floor is a sofa, which can also be used as a sleeping accommodation. Of course, because she can't compete with our hotel beds, we only see them as an " emergency bed".
In the living area, you will find a table where you can comfortably dine with up to 4 people. If you are on a business trip and still want to work in the evening, it is of course also suitable as a work table. And with our Telekom 50VDSL Wi-Fi line, you are well-equipped. In front of the 50 inch TV you can relax comfortably on the sofa. Our kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen equipment you need for cooking. In case something is missing, we are happy to help you with our things. ;-). If you don't feel like cooking, we have designed a few brochures from our tried-and-tested food suppliers for you. And of course also a few addresses where you can eat well. The most important spices, sugar, and tea are ready for you.
The daylight bathroom has a walk-in walk-in shower. Soap, toilet paper and towels are included in the price.
So you realize that the "feeling at home" is a big concern for us.

We always have our apartment cleaned after a week. This means that if you plan a stay of more than 7 days, you must expect an additional cleaning fee of 30 euros. You will also get new towels and linens ;-)
We also rent our apartment for one night, but for 1 person and one night we charge a surcharge of 30 euros ;-)
Apartment is unsuitable for children due to the steep stairs!

In front of the house, right at the front door, there is a security camera. This is exclusively for the safety of the house and its inhabitants. The recordings are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then automatically deleted. No cameras are installed in the apartment itself.
