Sweet little cottage within walking distance of historic downtown Winchester. Open floor plan, 500 square feet of coziness! Queen size bed, kitchen, living room, dining all in one place.
We’re a working farm on the edge of the city limits in an older non-gentrified neighborhood.
Surrounded by the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, Rupp Arena, Fort Boonesboro, Red River Gorge and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Easy access to I-64, I-75, and Mountain Parkway - gateway to Appalachia.

The space
Lovely small cottage with kitchen and bathroom. It’s right next door to our home but private. About 15 feet from our back door. We totally respect your privacy.

Other things to note
We live on a little more than 3 acres with an organic vegetable garden, 30+ chickens that are completely free range, 8 beehives, and 2 dogs.

You’ll notice we don’t charge a cleaning fee in order to keep your costs down. We do the work ourselves and enjoy making a cozy place for your enjoyment. We don’t use artificial scents or harsh chemicals on your laundry.

Coffee, creamer, sugar, assortment of hot tea provided for your first night!

Please read thru to the “house rules”. We have a firm no pet policy. Check-in time is 3-10 pm and check-out time is 10 am.

Neighborhood highlights

We’re on the edge of the city limits in an older neighborhood. Winchester is a pretty quiet little town but only 20 minutes from Lexington with tons of night life and things to do. About 40 minutes from the Red River Gorge and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail is all around us.
