The Rockaway House is a one bedroom, one bathroom, fully renovated unit of a duplex property.

The space
The Living Room:
- Comfortable seating
- Ceiling fan with remote control
- Wall-mounted smart TV with access to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime streaming media content and other streaming apps
- Books and card games
- Large windows throughout the home let in natural light and the ocean breeze
- Queen sized air mattress available upon request

The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Toaster, food processor, slow cooker and other kitchen gadgets
- Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cup pods, sugar and coffee creamer
- Welcome snacks and beverages

The Bedroom:
- Queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and pillows
- Ceiling mounted, industrial closet rod and wood hangers
- Two collapsible luggage stands
- Ceiling fan with remote control
- Mini split AC/heater can heat or cool the unit

The Bathroom:
- Walk-in shower with rain shower head and jet sprays (it’s awesome)
- Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash
- Complimentary towel use
- Hair dryer

Parking:
- One parking space in a shared two-car garage, accessed by numeric key pad.
- The space is 17 feet long so some trucks or large SUVs may not fit
- You can also charge your EV or hybrid car! We can provide a charger rated to 3.3kW (Level 2)

- Private entrance with security gate and lock
- Local area information and guidebooks
- Outdoor hose for rinsing off after the beach

Guest access
Prior to arrival, guests will be given detailed check in instructions with photos and a code to open the garage door and lockbox. Guests may use the garage for parking, laundry use and to access beach gear and cleaning supplies.

The unit is located above the garage and is accessed via a private, gated staircase.

Please note that this is not a handicapped friendly property, nor suitable for those with limited mobility due to the stairs. There is no elevator on site.
