  • After a busy weekend my friend and I spent a relaxing overnight at Arthur's home. Arthur was very accommodating, providing clean and comfortable bed and bath. He was also kind enough to set out all kinds of coffee and teas and a beautifully set breakfast table. I would be happy to stay at Arthur's home again when in the area.

  • I stayed with Arthur for ten days and was 100% satisfied with all aspects of my stay. Arthur was a warm, friendly, and caring host without being imposing. The accomodations were comfortable and much to my surprise more extensive than I expected. The atmosphere was very harmonious. From now on whenever I need a place to stay when I am in Ipswich, Arthur will be my first choice..

  • Our stay was exceptional .....very comfortable beds, engaging conversations with Art about life, outdoors and history, and down home hospitality with a hearty breakfast. Plenty of privacy was offered. We will definitely return if we get back to Ipswich.

  • I had a very nice three night stay with Art. He is a friendly, gracious and generous host. His townhouse is just as clean and comfortable as the photos show. Private bathroom. Plenty of good food for breakfast and snacks. I would definitely stay here again!

  • Ipswich community rolled out the red carpet for this travelor! I choose/ enjoy Air bnb for the local connection to a community and how they live day-to-day. Art, my grand host, was welcoming with knowledge of the area. We shared a 'fried clam' meal and local IPA (email hidden)ined by his friends I accepted a jog on the Crane Estate/ beach the next day. This town is rich with history and charm!

  • I was visiting my daughter in the area and Ipswich was just close enough to Gloucester where she resides. Art (email hidden). We had great breakfast always prepared accordingly to our desires.
The room was small , but clean with our own bathroom.
One thing that was missing was probably air condition in the room . We needed to keep the door open to get some cold air. I like clean places , so he will stay on my list of return.
    Thank you , Art,
    Ivona and Nicole

  • If you could give a 6-star rating, I would. Art is a most genial, generous, accommodating and interesting host and is extremely knowledgeable about the area. His comfortable home is easily accessible from all major North Shore roads and super convenient to all the area's attractions and dining spots.

  • George and I (email hidden) vacation at Art's lovely townhouse. Breakfast was delicious and included a great selection of real teas. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Art's home is centrally located for sight seeing on the North Shore. We plan on returning soon!
