This was a lovely home and exactly what we were looking for. Art was extremely accomodating , as well as being very knowledgeable about the area and friendly.
Arthur made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I enjoyed his conversation. The description of the room was accurate. The neighborhood was clean and I felt very safe.
The only problem I had was that there were noises in my room that made it difficult for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. Arthur worked with me to deal with this, letting me move to another room where the noise was less bothersome to me. I am a very light sleeper and I suffer from insomnia a lot of the time. I need to remember to talk to any future host about this. Perhaps airbnb is not for me.
Art is as hospitable and kind as a person could be, as well as flexible with logistics and support for my mom and her godson, who stayed with him through my airbnb account. I highly recommend him as a host and his photos and description of his place are accurate.
Art's hospitality was exceptional. The accommodations were pleasant, clean and quiet. I slept very well both nights. The mattress was great. Art asked me ahead of time what I wanted for breakfast. I felt very well cared for. I can definitely recommend this host.
Art was a pleasant and attentive host even after suffering a loss in his family. He made sure I had everything I needed and was very willing to allow me to stay a further night. See other reviews I've left.
Art's home is a great place to stay if you're visiting EBSCO in Ipswich or moving to the area. Good location and he knows a lot about the area and is an active member of Rotary.
Art was pleasant, made me feel welcome, provided me with everything I needed, and several things I didn't. He inquired what things I would like to eat for breakfast and provided them. He even left a mint for me with my towels.
I welcome the opportunity to host you and to share this remarkable community and area with you. I will work to make your stay comfortable and am very respectful of your needs and desires.
