Located in Innsbruck’s historic St. Nikolaus district, this ground-floor apartment offers excellent public transport connections and free parking on the property. The spacious living area features three double beds, ideal for families or groups. The newly renovated bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub. Two TVs and fast fiber-optic internet (150/50 Mbps, 20 ms) ensure comfort for work and entertainment.

The space
Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned before each stay, and the beds are freshly made for every guest. Plenty of fresh towels are provided as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential utensils, and you’ll also find coffee, tea, and other everyday essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guest access
The apartment entrance is on Fallbachgasse. Our building does not have a house number on this side, but it is located opposite No. 18. Please note that Fallbachgasse is a one-way street. The parking area and entrance are on the right-hand side, and you can park directly in front of our open garage. From there, simply follow the signs marked “Airbnb Apartment Ortner” to reach the flat. The main front door is always open, and you can use the code to access the apartment itself.
