Using our experience as an Airbnb Host, we renovated this very nice flat in the same building as our other apartment @ the ground floor. We built a large bedroom with a twin bed and two single beds. We have 2 single beds in the living room as well as a sleeping couch for 2. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. The kitchen with a small bar has every equipment what we think is necessary. We are very close to the old town and (Nordkette, Patscherkofel). We have 2 new TV's with 🍎TV &TV app.
The space
We place great emphasis on cleanliness and facilities. Usually you should find everything you need. In the apartment is a staircase. This staircase can not be locked for children.
Guest access
During your stay my grandma and I will take care of your wellbeing. If you need some local advice just contact us and if you prefer to keep your peace you will never recognize us.
