Vetehuset - Plantera, one of the Lindsborg Vacation and Executive Rentals, is a spacious and luxurious studio apartment, located on the second floor of a historic building in downtown Lindsborg, Kansas.
Vetehuset (Swedish for "the wheat house") features a living/sleeping area, fully-equipped kitchen, sumptuous bathroom with large shower and sink, plus a full-size washer and dryer. Plus a private elevator to whisk your family and luggage from the carport. During the day, check out the local boutiques and galleries. Then relax, or catch up on your email, in the climate-controlled vestibule!
Lindsborg is conveniently located 4 miles west of I-135, 20 minutes south of Salina and 1 hour north of Wichita.

The space
This large studio apartment is located on the second level of the Berquist and Nelson Drug Store building, listed on the National Register. Guests access the apartment with a private elevator. This elevator is enclosed in a faux grain elevator. Vetehuset is Swedish for "the wheat house."
To venture downtown Lindsborg, turn to your right in the vestibule to the door labeled Plantera. Enter the four-digit code to unlock and be sure to close it securely behind you. Walk down the hall and carefully go down the stairs to Main Street. Enjoy the plentiful shops, boutiques and restaurants.

Prior to arrival you will receive a link to an important YouTube video about the features of Vetehuset-Plantera. This includes important safety information including the fire extinguisher, first aid kit and tornado shelter.
You will receive a four-digit code that will unlock the elevator entry door at the carport. On the second floor, you will walk a few steps through the vestibule to the door on the left. Enter the four-digit code to unlock the door to the hall. Walk to the first and only door on your right. Enter the four-digit code to unlock the door to Plantera.
Any time you leave the apartment, please lock the door.
