Interaction with Guests
I am very responsive to e-mail and I check my Airbnb account about 3 to 5 times a day – so you are sure of a quick response.
I get a lot of pleasure doing what I do. This is made all the more rewarding by the comments our guests leave behind.
There is a fantastic team of people that work with me. Amos manages this apartment and without his support and dedication I would not be able to provide such a good service to our guests.
Once you have booked the room I will pass on your details to Amos. Amos will then contact you and arrange your check in.
When you arrive at the apartment Amos will meet and greet you and spend about 10 minutes explaining how everything works, it will also give you an opportunity to ask him any questions you may have – Like where is there a great place to eat? Where is the Tourist Information Office? Or where can you buy cheap theatre tickets.
Amos will also give you his contact details so you can contact him anytime should you need any help or assistance.
After check in, guests are given their keys and are welcome to come and go as they please.
We aim to make our place feel like a home away from home.
What I love about being located opposite Piccadilly Underground Station is the fact that you are sandwiched between 6 fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfaire, and St James's
The majority of Londons most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy 10 minute walk – Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in.
Don't just take our word for it, here is what Airbnb has to say about the surrounding area.
Like Britain’s famous agent, James Bond, this neighborhood leads a double life: Soho’s streets are home to clean-cut record shops and fashionable galleries. Crowds flock to this edgy epicenter to experience its sultry past and trendy present. Soho’s red-light roots and beatnik bastions have steadily transformed into hip public houses, all-night coffee shops, and vintage boutiques that welcome the 24-hour clamor of this cobblestoned neighborhood.
Boasting more than a few London landmarks, Westminster is a distinct political and cultural epicenter. Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace (God Save the Queen), and the United Kingdom’s House of Parliament all share the cobblestoned lanes under Big Ben’s timely shadow. Perched along the north bank of the River Thames, Westminster hosts a constant influx of briefcase-carrying policymakers and camera-wielding pedestrians along its endlessly busy-by-day corridors
From its commercial plazas (think Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, and Piccadilly Circus) to its side streets and back alleys, the West End whirs with unyielding energy. Theatres, shops, pubs, clubs, landmarks, and lounges—no matter how many times you visit, you’ll never see the same neighborhood twice. Constantly evolving, crowds gather in London’s West End by morning, afternoon, and night to absorb a bit of the vibrant lifestyle in a neighborhood that never looks back
Covent Garden’s central square remains this neighborhood’s primary attraction, but its fetching streetscape doesn’t end with its bustling marketplace. Street performers and food stalls share Covent Gardens’ iconic plaza and winding side streets with cheese shops, casual taverns, art museums, and opera houses that cater to those looking for less trafficked locales. You’ll watch, you’ll applaud, and you’ll pay your pocket change to the countless entertainers and diversions in this unyieldingly charming neighborhood
As a neighborhood steeped in sophistication, Mayfair doesn’t have beer pubs and dance clubs—it has wine bars and scotch lounges. Its restaurants are decadent, its buildings impressive, and its streets clean, making Mayfair a sought-after destination for evening strolls. Bounded by iconic Hyde Park to the west and ultra-trendy West End to the east, Mayfair’s noble neighbors increase the appeal of its already enchanting endowments.
As a members-only kind of neighborhood, St. James’s esteemed reputation is upheld by its penchant for finely tailored suits and thick cigar smoke. This neighborhood’s central London location, high-end antique markets, and boundary-pushing galleries solidify its untouchably exclusive mystique. Combine its posh clothiers and grand terraces with its proximity to the oldest Royal Park of London, and the reasoning behind St. James’s prestige, and its exceptional price tags, becomes crystal clear

Amos made us feel most welcome from the moment we arrived. He showed us the property and all the essentials was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The information to find the property were spot on and we had no trouble at all to find the place. Its location was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
This was a great place! Host was extremely nice, very informative, quick responding, and very helpful. The room fit well for what we needed and was very clean. They cleaned the bathrooms often and was very comfortable. The location is the best. We loved being able to walk to everything. Thank you so much for a great stay and experience.
Era muy cómoda la ubicación del apartamento y también el hecho de disponer de una hervidora de agua caliente en la habitación. Además nos dejó para hacer tener y café, muy amable.
Très bien accueilli sur place et très disponible
We had some mixed feelings about the room. On the one hand, the location is amazing in the center of London. However, this comes at a price because you can hear the buses passing by and there is music coming from Picadilly. The room itself is perfect in terms of size with plenty of water and tea. The glasses were not very clean however. The shower was our greatest problem, because there was a loud noise coming from the sink and we called Amos to fix it, but the plumber couldn’t fix it. So we had an awful 3 nights with this loud noise, we even had to buy ear plugs to minimize the sound, but this was still not sufficient. On top of that, our neighbors were very loud. We woke up at 2am, 5am, 7am… because our neighbors slammed the doors. And the walls are paper thin, you can hear it when somebody is in the bathroom. The bathroom was tidy, though. Make sure to check if the other 2 rooms are free further away from the bathroom, because these rooms are much quieter. So all in all, we appreciated the effort Amos made to fix the sound of the sink, but it is definitely not a place we would recommend to people looking for a quite night of sleep. Take some ear plugs with you and that will save you from a lot of disappointment and restless nights.
Amos, and I arranged the arrival time and keys and all ran like clockwork.
This accommodation was perfect ! Very nice host and central location (only two minutes walk from underground). Highly recommended.

There is a fantastic team of people that work with us, some have worked with us since 1997, without their support and dedication we would not be able to provide such a good service to our guests.
Over the last 19 years we have gained a lot of regular customers who come back to us year after year, and that is a great compliment.
