Gorgeous valley views from modernised stone farmhouse with private pool in the beautiful, unspoilt Lot.
Booking is for One/Two people (one bedroom used) or Three/Four people (two bedrooms used) normally for minimum of one week. Supplement for two people using both bedrooms.
Calm environment with nearby vineyards, caves, walking, cycling, gastronomy.
South facing courtyard with pool at southern side overlooking the valley.
Fibre to the door internet provides 300 Mbits/s broadband access.
The space
The courtyard is fully South facing, as is the pool. Sun all day. Cools off in late evening for dinner time!
The bedrooms are on the ground floor with courtyard access via french windows. They are cool in even the hottest summers. Aircon not needed but we do also provide fans for the bedrooms and also the living areas.
The living room/kitchen/dining room are on the first floor.
The garden/pool accessory storage is provided in an outhouse.
Guest access
The courtyard and pool are enclosed by stone walls and their own fences and gates, and the grass is mown beyond for a few tens of metres. Beyond that, there are around 7 acres of grassland/woods to explore.
Other things to note
The pool area is fenced off with access via gates, and the courtyard above it is also enclosed by the buildings, stone walls and gates.
We provide all bed linen and towels and the house will be cleaned by our cleaners after your stay.
The owner needs occasional access to a storage building on the property which is situated out of sight of the house and courtyard and has its own access from the road. Any access would be brief and would not involve any noise or disturbance to guests.
The house cat lives in the big barn with an entry/exit on the far side of the barn. It should not be invited into the house or fed!
